CINCINNATI – Jac’s Fact made quick work of the short field of five Ohio-bred 3-year-old fillies Sunday in the $50,000 Horizon Stakes at Belterra Park when drawing off to win by 9 3/4 lengths. Jockey Edgar Paucar kept Jac’s Fact to the outside and off of the early pace in the 1 1/16-mile race. Trained by Ivan Vazquez, Jac’s Fact returned $5.20 to win and ran the 1 1/16 miles in 1:47.04. Kelly’s Pride finished second, a length in front of Geppetto in third. Caviar N Champagne led after a quarter-mile in the $50,000 Vivacious Handicap and never looked back to win by 3 1/2 lengths under jockey Scott Spieth. Trained by Jeff Radosevich, Caviar N Champagne led by as many as six in the 1 1/16-mile race for older Ohio-bred fillies and mares. Isadella finished second as a 23-1 longshot, 1 1/4 lengths in front of Startin Something in third. Caviar N Champagne ran the 1 1/16 miles over a fast track in 1:46.65 and returned $4.20 to win.
