Indiana Downs cancels again

Indiana Downs canceled racing for the second consecutive day Tuesday after an unexpected thunderstorm hit the track early Monday and three inches of rain fell before the track could be sealed. Several large places in the track were washed away. The Shelbyville, Ind., area experienced another heavy thunderstorm Tuesday morning and the decision was made to cancel the races for Tuesday evening. Racing was scheduled to resume Wednesday.
