ETOBICOKE, Ontario - Impossible Time won her third race in a row and her fifth race of the Woodbine meet on Wednesday night in the $126,200 Classy ‘n Smart, a mile and a sixteenth stakes for Ontario-sired females. Jono Jones rode Impossible Time, who raced near the back of the eight-horse field on the backstretch, as Krz Exec set a lively pace, with Interregnum in close proximity. Impossible Time commenced a wide rally on the far turn, and then split rivals at the head of the stretch before overtaking Selembao inside the eighth pole en route to a length and a half score. San Nicola Whiskey finished eight lengths behind Selembao in third. Impossible Time ($2.80) completed the distance in 1:43.78. She collected $75,000 for owner Charles Fipke and trainer Roger Attfield.
