I'm a Chatterbox to get long-awaited shot on turf

Trainer Larry Jones last weekend confirmed his intention of running I’m a Chatterbox in a turf allowance Saturday at Fair Grounds.
I’m a Chatterbox, a multiple Grade 1 winner on dirt, has won 8 of 18 starts but never has run in a grass race.
“It’s something we’ve been wanting to try for a long time,” Jones said.
I’m a Chatterbox, most recently second in the Houston Ladies Classic last month, is one of seven fillies and mares entered in a one-mile grass race.
Meanwhile, Jones said there are no set plans for Jenda’s Agenda, a 3-year-old filly who has started her career with two wins at this meet. Jenda’s Agenda won her debut in a sprint and returned to capture a first-level, two-turn allowance race by a measured length Feb. 19.
Jenda’s Agenda hasn’t worked since that race, but Jones often gives horses plenty of time between breezes. Jenda’s Agenda would be a logical contender for the Fair Grounds Oaks on April 1, but Jones, who owns the filly with his wife, Cindy, and Rick Porter’s Fox Hill Farm, said no decision had been made concerning Jenda’s Agenda’s next start.
