Hronis Racing, Sadler add pair of Euros for Del Mar

Trainer John Sadler and Hronis Racing have added the European winners Namaron and Suchet to their stable in advance of the Del Mar summer meeting.
Namaron, a 3-year-old German-bred, was third by three-quarters of a length in the Group 3 Badener Meile at Baden-Baden Racecourse in Germany on May 29. Namaron is by the Shamardal stallion Aramon.
Suchet, a 4-year-old by Cloth of Stars, is a two-time winner in 11 starts who was third in a minor stakes at a mile at Saint-Cloud Racecourse in Paris last November.

Sadler has stakes plans in the opening weeks at Del Mar with the 3-year-old Cali Cat and the recent claim Mbagnick, also owned by Hronis Racing.
Cali Cat, second by a half-length in the Snow Chief Stakes for statebred 3-year-olds at 1 1/8 miles on turf May 24, is scheduled to run in the $100,000 Oceanside Stakes for 3-year-olds at a mile on July 18.
Mbagnick, claimed for $80,000 on June 13, is a projected runner in the Grade 1 Bing Crosby Stakes at six furlongs on July 26. Mbagnick won an allowance race, in which he was eligible to be claimed, at six furlongs in 1:08.87, earning a career-best Beyer Speed Figure of 100.
