He's Another Who, Go for a Stroll stretch out in Red Hedemen

He’s Another Who and Go for a Stroll will get distance tests Saturday, when the 3-year-olds stretch out to two turns for the first time in the $85,000 Red Hedemen Mile at Sunland Park. The race is one of two New Mexico-bred stakes on the card. The other is the $85,000 Mt. Cristo Rey Handicap.
The Red Hedemen drew seven, while the Mt. Cristo, for 3-year-olds and up at 4 1/2 furlongs, will go with 10. The top contenders in the Mt. Cristo include D E Lover, the winner of the $170,000 New Mexico Cup Sprint at Zia; Not My Note, who won the $85,000 Johnie L. Jamison at Sunland; and Weappear, who last summer was second in an 870-yard stakes for Thoroughbreds and Quarter Horses at Ruidoso.
He’s Another Who won the $85,000 Four Rivers, a six-furlong race at Sunland, over Go for a Stroll last out. Their rivals Saturday include Dom Strait, who is stakes-placed at two turns, having run second in the $140,000 Eddy County in November at Zia before winning his maiden at two turns at Sunland.
