Claimed out of win for $30,000 by the powerhouse Amoss-Moss tandem, and he was a bargain. Was off form last time in slop but solid on grass, and he can take a class hike and win again – hopefully at some kind of price.

Second-time starter 3-year-old stretching from turf sprint to turf route had decent position going into the first turn but wrangled back to get buried behind horses and had no luck thereafter; totally blocked at the top of the stretch and wheeled about seven paths outside for room, which came way too late. No star but should place higher next time.
