Heritage Place Futurity tops Remington stakes schedule for Quarter Horses
The Grade 1, $1 million Heritage Place Futurity on June 3 will lead a $5.6 million stakes schedule during Remington Park’s meet for Quarter Horses. The season opens March 10. The Heritage Place will highlight a closing-day card of eight stakes, with the total value of those races more than $2 million.
Other highlights of the season include the Grade 3, $400,000 Oklahoma Futurity on March 25 and the Grade 2, $950,000 Remington Park Futurity on Aprl 22.
◗ Cool Arrow was voted Remington’s horse of the meet for the Thoroughbred season that closed Dec. 11. He won the $300,000 Springboard Mile.
