LEXINGTON, Ky. - Zayat Stables announced Tuesday that its Grade 3 winner Heart Ashley has retired from racing and will go through the auction ring at the 2010 Keeneland November sale.\r\nZayat Stables owner Ahmed Zayat will consign the 4-year-old Lion Heart filly through the Eaton Sales agency.\r\nHeart Ashley last ran on May 29, when she won Philadelphia Park&rsquo;s My Juliet Stakes. That was her third career stakes win, coming after her victories in the Grade 3 Cicada and Miss Preakness Stakes last season. She retires with earnings of $395,896 from six wins in 10 lifetime starts. Steve Asmussen trained Heart Ashley.\r\nBred by Gaines-Gentry Thoroughbreds, Heart Ashley brought $320,000 at the Fasig-Tipton Saratoga select yearling sale in 2007. She is out of the Grade 2-placed Beau Genius mare Pretty &rsquo;n Smart.
