Race 1
(4) TALULA LAUXMONT mare had some sneaky late pace last week against better. (1) OVERANDOVERVICTORY well bred gelding has lots of room to improve third start back off the long layoff. (8) DIVINATION needed the start over the track last race and should be sharper after shipping in from out east.
Race 2
(8) LOUS GAME N MATCH filly loves to race and has an excellent win percentage; fires early. (5) TOO TALL JONES two-year-old has shown slight improvement in his last two but faces older. (4) HEGEMON gelding trotter will offer a big price and can hit the ticket if he minds his manners.
Race 3
(7) ETHAN HANOVER gets sent out second start for capable connections. (9) COWBOY MATHIS was a sharp winner first start over the track. A repeat of that effort puts him very close. (5) MIGHTY HOT SHOT has just been racing evenly; command a price.
Race 4
(8) SCHWARBER should be even sharper adding second time lasix off a big winning effort. (5) RIET'S KID is fast enough to compete with this bunch with a good setup. (9) LINDY'S ON FIRE mare will look to bounce back after having her win streak snapped at four last start.
Race 5
In a really weak and inconsistent field, (6) DRAGON JEWEL was the driver's choice and could offer a slightly better price this week. (7) FINAL GIFT hasn't raced in three weeks but looks to be progressing in the right direction. (3) MISS MEEKO lightly raced filly has room to improve with a good starting post.
Race 6
(3) GIO SAGE adds first time lasix and was the driver's choice of three. (8) J B'S HERO is probably the horse to beat on paper facing much weaker, however the 4-year-old looks to offer low value and rarely wins. (6) WESTERN DEVIL will look to drop and pop down in class.
Race 7
(10) BANKER VOLO well bred stallion has yet to taste victory from the far outside at this track. The 8-year-old needs a smooth trip to cash. (4) I COULD CARE LESS could need a start off the short layoff but is one of the faster trotters in the race. (6) BIG EXPENSE will offer better value this week and has been racing gamely.
Race 8
(5) PRETTYFACEUGLYWAYS faces a really weak and inconsistent field. (2) PARTY'S JET two-year-old gelding should have had more last start; command a price. (6) CAKEATIN ANNIEMAY has a very short stride and needs an ideal trip to cash; use underneath.
Race 9
(6) MOCKING ROBIN lightly raced filly put in a really good effort last out. (8) RAW DIAMOND looked to be a good one early on in the season but has yet to take the next step forward. (4) BELLE OF THE BEACH impeccably bred pacer is more than capable of beating this group if she minds her manners.
