Race 1 – NW3 (ICF 4)/15000 Lifetime (ICF 18750)/10000 Claimer
(5) FRONTIER RED has improved with every start over the track and finds a weak field full of question marks. (4) FOX VALLEY ZOLA appears to be a big threat after kicking home nicely once free in the lane last week. (1) DIABOLICAL SPIN shows ability and starts from the rail but has made breaks in two of four. (6) MISS TENNESSEE doesn’t look the best on paper and would need a big turnaround.
Race 2 - 8000-1000 FM Claimer
(1) UNBROKEN CIRCLE pacing mare should offer a better price this week and shows a big burst of speed in recent. (5) THE SECOND STAR may have been the horse to beat with a different pilot; threat. (2) BLUE GEM has some question marks coming back off the scratch. The 9-year-old mare shows competitive efforts against better on the year. (4) GIRLS GIRLS GIRLS drops in for a tag against a suspect bunch.
Race 3 - FM NW1000L4 (ICF 1250)
(1) BACKWOODS BARBIE has shown signs of a turnaround in recent and should be closer turning for home this week. (5) BEAMER N BUD keeps the top driver off a good second place effort against similar. (3) ROCK N KILO has room to improve second start back off a long layoff. (7) SGT MOLLY PITCHER mare also needed her race last week.
Race 4 – NW2 (ICF 3)/10000 Lifetime (ICF 125000)/ 9000 Claimer
(7) ALWAYS A CLASS ACT is one of few in the race with some upside and picks up a huge driver change. (1) STRAIGHT MUNRO is just now back in racing shape and shows good efforts at this level. (3) DASH AROUND finds an ideal spot to get back on track after a slow start to the year. (4) MY MUDDY BUDDY owns a win at this level three back.
Race 5 – FM OPEN
(2) DEBT MOTIVATED looks primed for a good effort picking up a huge driver change. (5) LOVETHEWAYYOULOOK is more than capable of beating this group with a trouble-free trip. (6) SWEETSHADYSHARK set a lifetime mark at this track two back. (3) APRIL DEO probably needs racing luck to hit the top of the ticket.
Race 6 – FM NW1
(5) COUNTRY LOVE has finished second in three straight which isn’t necessarily a good sign, however the filly will probably offer the best price of the contenders. (8) SECRET CACHE sophomore pacing mare’s last line looks better than what it is; use caution. (2) FULL OF LAUGHS looks to offer a big price and had some late pace against similar last week. (10) I’M OVER THE ENJEN definitely fits in with this bunch but gets a tough starting post.
Race 7 – FM NW4 (ICF 5)/40000 Lifetime (ICF 51250)- $10k GTD Pick 4
(1) FOX VALLEY HALSEY adds first-time Lasix against much softer this week.. (9) ISLAND OF ROCK well bred pacing mare looks to keep her win streak alive against much tougher. (8) LILLY VON SHTUPP really fell apart late last week after appearing to be home free; command a price. (4) IDEAL’S NICOLE had lots of late pace last race but would probably need more to threaten.
Race 8 – FM NW2 (ICF 3)/10000 Lifetime (ICF 125000)
(10) FOX VALLEY LOLO should be able to handle this bunch with a good effort. The 3-year-old filly just missed last week against better. (3) WINTER GRAM closed nicely last week against similar. (8) FRESH EYES gets sent out for capable connections off two decent qualifiers. (6) BRIENNE THE BEAUTY has just been racing evenly; command a price.
Race 9 - NW4 (ICF 5)/30000 Lifetime (ICF 37500)/ 11000 Claimer/ AE NW5 (ICF 6)/ 40000 Lifetime (ICF 50000)
(8) MYKONOS has an excuse last start and will offer a much better price this time out. (5) YOUMAKEMYHEARTSING four-year-old gelding might have more to offer this week off an impressive effort. (3) ADELE’S BIG PARTY hit the board at this level last out. (10) STORMING D ODDS looks fast enough to compete with this group but needs a good setup.
Race 10 – FM NW3 (ICF 4)/15000 Lifetime (ICF 18750)
(2) VALAR MORGHULIS filly is talented and adds first-time Lasix against weaker. (9) JAZZIE BABE was a huge disappointment last week getting picked off late. The pacing mare would need a much better effort to threaten the top choice. (3) SKEETER MACHINE four-year-old mare makes her season’s debut and will need a few starts to be fully cranked; use underneath. (7) PRETTY IRIS has hit the board in five straight against weaker.
