Spot Play: PRIMED N POWERFUL (9th)
Race 1
(9) PHENOMENAL well bred filly showed a big burst of speed last week. (1) FAITHFUL DESIRE put in a disappointing effort last week after a sharp effort the start prior. (2) DANDY'S DUDUDIDUDU has shown good closing ability and will be much closer turning for home.
Race 2
(9) WALTER WHITE impeccably bred trotter faces much weaker. (7) TOPVILLE AVATAR wasn't as good last start but is a threat with a good setup. (1) NASHVILLE HOLIDAY has been racing gamely and gets the best starting post; use underneath.
Race 3
(4) UNDENIABLE EMOTION filly was super in the qualifier. (2) E L MISS KAIBRA also put in a professional effort winning the qualifier. (3) LOUS SILVER STAR filly showed a ton of late trot in her first time on the track.
Race 4
(4) FANCY CREEK JOLENE three-year-old filly has a ton of upside and appears to be getting better with every start. (3) DOYOUDESIREMYHEART just missed last week at a price. The pacing filly is probably the only threat to the top choice. (1) MISS TENNESSEE has just been racing evenly; use underneath.
Race 5
In a field of first time starters, (8) TRUE DETECTIVE drew off in the qualifier once asked for trot late. (7) FREDDIE DA FOX was a wire to wire winner in the qualifier; threat. (3) CRUZEN CASSI gets an excellent starting post with options.
Race 6
(3) ROYAL TABS will offer a fair price and has had a ton of late trot in two straight. (2) NEFARIOUS raced really last start at a huge price. The 4-year-old should be primed for a better effort second start back. (7) JACKIE GOLDSTEIN might be the horse to beat dropping in class facing much weaker.
Race 7
In a really weak and inconsistent field (6) KY LUCKY has burned cash in three straight but is one of the faster trotters in the race. (2) EL LOBO HALL has yet to win in seventeen starts on the year but can hit the ticket underneath.
Race 8
(2) JJ'S KEN picks up a huge driver change in a field full of question marks. (3) HAPPY HEATH takes a huge drop in class against weaker. (10) ALL IN NO OUT has not won a race in a very long time, however the 6-year-old might be able to sweep past late with a good setup.
Race 9
(10) PRIMED IN POWERFUL was a little short first start back. The 4-year-old trotter should be tighter this time out. (5) MUSCALE has been competitive against similar on the year. (4) LINDY'S POSSESSED has just been racing evenly; command a price.
Race 10
(7) LK'S NANCY LEE four-year-old mare went from loaded with late pace to empty last week. If the pacer races like the start prior she can upset at a price. (1) MIMOSA PARTY is probably the horse to beat off two good efforts. (10) BUCKLEGIRL BOBETTE will look to make it four wins in five starts; fires early.
