Race 1
(2) ROCKNROLL CRYSTAL mare is primed for a good effort third start back against softer. (4) SUN DREAM has just been racing evenly but gets sent out for capable connections. (6) BABYSHOEBUYER is very inconsistent from week to week; command a price.
Race 2
(2) BELLINI MARTINI raced well last week being used twice. (5) DEFEND THE ROCK veteran trotter makes his third start in a new barn and has room to improve. (4) COMMANDERGALLEON N has some question marks coming into the race off a scratch but has been facing tougher on the year.
Race 3
(9) MAJOR LEGACY if the pacer gets a good early spot without having to use much horse he can make it three straight; fires early. (3) ROCKINWITHBEST well bred 3-year-old is talented enough to take home the final with a smooth trip. (5) SHOTSKI has burned cash in two straight uninspiring performances; use caution.
Race 4
(9) DAKOTA ROAD got caught too far back last start. The pacer has shown good closing ability and just needs a good setup. (8) HOLDONWE'REROLLING three-year-old has a nice pedigree and room to improve against weaker. (2) HASH-TAG SWAG has been getting faster in every start; threat.
Race 5
(8) DAKOTA ROADSTER four-year-old stallion finds a weak bunch and should hit the ticket with a trouble-free trip. (2) POWERFUL PILOT doesn't win often but is one of the faster pacers in the race. (1) NO FEAR NO DOUBT looks to be in line for a nice trip up close; threat.
Race 6
(8) HOLY MCMOSES takes a huge drop down in competition second start back off the layoff. (10) BIG HARRY DEAL pacer has not won a race in over two years but is facing significantly weaker this week. (5) GOLDEN-NUGGET his best effort is good enough against this bunch.
Race 7
(9) SLEAZY DUDE pacer picks up a huge driver change and will look to pull off the upset at a big price. (1) CAFFEINE KID looks to make it four straight wins in the final; short price. (5) CITIZEN KANE was close to the favorite last week; fires early.
Race 8
(7) KING MUFASA Illinois champion wasn't on his game last start but had been sharp prior. The 6-year-old was the top driver's choice of three. (8) FOX VALLEY QATAR has been knocking on the door against similar. (10) KARETS got an acclimating start over the track last week and can threaten with an effort like the start two back.
Race 9
(7) MAJOR ED if the pacer is ready off the layoff he can pace circles around this bunch. (8) TRACY'S HERO comes off an excellent qualifier and looks to offer value. (3) SIR ARTHUR D will be much closer turning for home this week against a field full of question marks.
Race 10
In a very competitive race, (11) JDS CHANCEY DESIGN doesn't win by much but always manages to out-game his opponents. (4) DR DRAKE RAMORAY gets a great starting post with options. (1) RED HOT ART gelding pacer was a very expensive yearling purchase that could be just starting to figure it out; threat.
