(4) FOX VALLEY TRITON well bred 3-year-old adds second time lasix for a top barn after a huge effort last out. (6) WAYMORE could have more in the tank this week; short price (5) DASH AROUND should have more to offer this week second start back off the long layoff.
Race 3
(6) FOX VALLEY GEMINI sophomore champion looks ready to roll and was ultra impressive last week. (5) FEELNLIKEAROCKSTAR might try a different tactic this week closer to the lead; threat. (4) YOU’REMYHEARTHROB takes a big jump up in class but is just now cranked for his best effort.
Race 4
(1) VALAR MORGHULIS filly came up short in her debut against a much tougher group. (2) FOX VALLEY LIL KIM should be in line for a nice ground saving trip up close. (5) FOX VALLEY LOLO sophomore filly was solid in her only qualifier on the year; use underneath.
Race 5
(4) ANNAS LUCKY STAR looks ready to roll off the bench off a nice winning qualifier. (3) LOUSCIPHER might have the kinks worked out for a proven trotting barn. (6) ANOTHER BREATH classy six-year-old takes a significant drop down against weaker; threat.
Race 6
(5) PRETTY IRIS barely broke a sweat at this level last week. (1) ASHLEEY’S JOY gets sent out for a low percentage provisional pilot but was sharp last week drawing off. (2) JAZZIE BABE seven-year-old mare makes her third career lifetime start and looks to have some ability.
Race 7
(10) FOX VALLEY STRPWR gelding showed a big move before the miscue last week. The top driver opted elsewhere which should only boost the price if he stays trotting. (6) LOUS SILVER STAR looked like a winner last week before just getting a bit tired late. (2) VIC’S PIZZA will offer a much better price this week in a seemingly wide open race.
Race 8
(1) LOUSRAPTOR looks ready for an improved effort third start back off the bench. (3) COUNT ON IT lightly raced filly was really good in the qualifier; threat. (5) SKIPPYMALOU has hit the board in two of three against similar.
Race 9
8) CAPTAIN MULZAC impeccably bred pacer was super in his debut. (9) AMERICANBOY showed a ton of ability in the qualifier. The 3-year-old might be one of few threats to the top choice. (5) TEN HIGH showed good improvement last week flying home from a tough spot.
Race 10
(3) IMAGE CRUISINGAWAY hit the board against tougher last week. (1) ADMIT raced well last week kicking home nicely. The filly might have more to offer this week making her third start back off the bench. (5) ROCK FLUSH has a lot of question marks but is one of few in the race that’s flashed a decent burst of speed.
Race 11
(3) BEST MAN HANOVER veteran pacer has been sharp in two straight. (1) AL’S BRIEFS bumps up a notch after a nice win off the layoff. (7) NORTHERN ANGLE has yet to win on the year but finds a soft spot to get back on track.
