Race 1
(3) MEYER ON FIRE comes into the race on a big-time roll. The 2-year-old gets sent out for top connections and has really blossomed in the last month. (1) MAXIMUS might be the main danger to the top choice. The pacing colt draws the best post and should be in line for a great trip up close. (2) FOX VALLEY JULIUS freshman pacer has really turned it around in his last few efforts.
Race 2
(5) PICKY PICKY VALOR has been racing from off the pace in the last two. That changes this week; fires early. (8) ANNAS LUCKY STAR trotting mare needs a decent setup for her best chance late. (1) SPIRIT O'MAR owns a lot of ability but is best used underneath.
Race 3
(3) FOX VALLEY TORRID just missed last week flying home late. The 2-year-old appears to be peaking at the perfect time. (7) VALAR MORGHULIS set a lifetime mark last week with a game wire to wire effort. (5) FOX VALLEY HALSEY came up empty last race but gets sent out for a capable barn; threat.
Race 4
(7) LOUSCARDAMON was tremendous two starts back. If the 2-year-old minds his manners he will be tough to beat. (1) FOXVALLEYRUSHHOUR has yet to win in ten career starts, however the two-year-old should have every chance late for a big piece of the pie. (2) BIG GARCIA VEGA flashed some ability early on but has lacked late pop in recent; command a price.
Race 5
In a wide-open and evenly matched race, (6) FOX VALLEY AUBRY will offer a huge price and has been prepped specifically with this spot in mind. (3) FANCY CREEK JOLENE popped at a price last week racing gamely. (2) FOX VALLEY CHARM should benefit from the start over the track and will offer a much better price this week.
Race 6
(1) LOUZOTIC filly has drawn off in two straight and gets the best starting post. (8) ENCANTADO had too much work to do in the last leg of the series last week. The 2-year-old is more than capable of beating this group with a good setup. (7) NOTNANGEL could be the sleeper in the race. The freshman trotter is just now back in racing shape after some time off.
Race 7
(5) UNLOCKED seven-year-old stallion owns tons of back class on the field. The pacer should only improve in his second start back off the layoff. (6) FOX VALLEY REBEL might be one of few threats in the race to the top choice but will need some racing luck. (7) SPORTY REDHOT gets sent out for capable connections and has been pacing some big miles against similar.
Race 8
(3) NEW QUEEN raced huge last week closing into a very slow middle half. (4) WHITE PANTS FEVER owns good gate speed and should be in a great spot turning for home. (2) TROTTING GRACE three-year-old filly can crown herself the champ with a fifth straight win; short price.
Race 9
(6) SATIN DANCER mare has been facing tougher out east. If the 4-year-old is ready off the scratch she's the horse to beat. (3) CALL FOR JUSTICE shows good versatility and gets sent out for the top barn in the country. (9) WALTER WHITE impeccably bred stallion set the track record a few starts ago.
Race 10
(10) NEW TALENT comes into the race razor sharp showing good efforts against better. (7) DANCIN YANKEE will look to take advantage of the post edge on the top choice; fires early. (3) UNCMPRMISING Z TAM fits in with this bunch with a good setup.
Race 11
(7) YOU'REMYHEARTHROB was ultra impressive last week. The 3-year-old looks freshened up at the perfect time. (3) FOX VALLEY GEMINI rebounded in a big way last week. The 3-year-old will look to make it eighteen wins in twenty lifetime starts. (1) BACKSTREET LAWYER has hit the board in all sixteen starts this season; threat.
Race 12
(5) ALLBEASTNOBEAUTY will offer a much better price this week. The 3-year-old does her best racing from behind and could use a fast pace up front for her best chance. (8) THE NEW AMERICANA set a lifetime mark last week off the trainer change. If the filly races like that again she can grab all the dough. (1) SKEETER MACHINE filly always tries her best and should be in line for a ground-saving trip up close.
Race 13
(3) ILLINIMIGHT finally has it turned around after a terrible start to the season. (5) MAJISTIC CAPRICE three-year-old gelding should benefit from his early gate speed putting himself in a great spot turning for home. (2) TALK ABOUT VALOR has shown good improvement in two straight.
