Race 1
(7) FRONTIER JACKIE just needs a trouble-free trip for a big piece. (1) AUNT PERCILLA was the top driver's choice and gets the best starting post. (3) PETER G might be ready for an improved effort against a very soft field.
Race 2
(3) LOOK KIMBO pacing mare beat a similar bunch last week with a strong brush from off the pace. (4) I DANCE U PRANCE has lacked late stamina in recent but is more than capable with a good effort. (6) LADY'S PARTY is probably the horse to beat but looks to offer low value and needs a good setup.
Race 3
(4) ALWAYS A CLASS ACT freshman pacer has a nice pedigree and room to improve in his second career start. (1) DANCE TO THE WIRE has flashed a decent late kick in both starts and should be much closer turning for home this week. (2) COOKIE JACK should be in line for a ground-saving trip up close.
Race 4
(2) ROCKNROLL HIGH had lots of late pace last week and appears to be headed in the right direction. (6) YOUMAKEMYHEARTSING has hit the board in six of seven career starts; short price. (5) POP SPEED is very inconsistent from week to week. A good effort puts him in the mix.
Race 5
(2) BIG EXPENSE takes a significant drop down against softer and has a good history at the track despite being 0 for the year. (5) MANSSIVE might need a start over the track but shows some good efforts against better. (6) MEADOWBROOK GLIDER was a game winner at this level two back.
Race 6
(6) SHELLY ON MY MIND put in a tremendous effort just missing last week closing into slow fractions. (5) JB'S SHOOTING STAR beat a better bunch last week off a perfect trip. (2) BEAMER N BUD is 0 for the year but has been knocking on the door.
Race 7
(8) ACCOUNT ROLLOVER had two straight wins at this level before coming up empty last week. The pacer looks to offer a nice price and just needs a good setup. (5) PRIMO GIOVANNI gets sent out for capable connections in a fairly wide open race. (6) HOT ROD DYLAN impeccably bred pacer might be tough to catch with an easy early lead.
Race 8
(4) SHEWON'TDALIAROUND had a ton of sneaky late pace last week. (3) SUMMER PARTY pacing mare will look to make it three straight against similar. (8) ANOTHER TEMPTATION can hit the ticket with a good setup; versatile.
Race 9
(7) STATE STREET LIZ looks to have some of the kinks worked out. The pacing mare owns tons of back class and looks primed for an improved effort. (2) FANCY CREEK JOLENE is just now back in racing shape and was the driver's choice. (3) PHYLLIS JEAN has burned cash in two straight. The effort on paper last week looks better than what it really was; use caution.
