Race 1
(7) DEBT MOTIVATED lightly raced filly has flashed a burst of speed and has some upside in a weak field. (4) COWGIRL TOO just missed from a very tough spot last out. (2) FOX VALLEY CHARLIZ has been knocking on the door against similar.
Race 2
(6) GRAVELSINMYTRAVEL picks up a top driver and looks to offer a decent price. (1) BEST MAN HANOVER veteran pacer isn't what he once was, but is more than capable with a good effort. (4) SLZBURGERSLZBURGER beat weaker last start but needs more; command a price.
Race 3
(2) YANKEE BOUNTY is just now rounding back into form. The 6-year-old bumps up in class but can handle this bunch with a trouble-free trip. (1) HE GONE JACK should be in line for a nice trip up close. (6) ACCOUNT ROLLOVER probably needs a start off the long layoff but would be the horse to beat if ready.
Race 4
(4) FIREDRAKE picks up a positive driver change and finally draws inside. (5) FOX VALLEY NEMITZ after a disappointing sophomore campaign the 4-year-old has come back strong; threat. (6) TRASHYTOUNGUETALKER will look to make it five straight; fires early.
Race 5
(7) LISTENTOYOURHEART three-year-old filly was much improved last start and has lots of room to move forward off that effort. (5) FOX VALLEY CATWALK is the horse to beat going for four-straight. (3) LILAC LAUREY has hit the board against similar in five of six on the year.
Race 6
(2) SCHWARBER has really blossomed into a nice trotter. The 4-year-old looks to win his first career Open. (5) BANKER VOLO has not come back sharp yet but that could change this week. (6) SKYWAY JAYLO will look to make it three straight wins; short price.
Race 7
In the toughest race to handicap on the card, (1) SUMPUN GREAT was the top driver's choice and starts from the best post. (4) SAGEBRUSH SHOCKER set a lifetime mark last week closing nicely when asked in the lane. (5) FRONTIER FRANK had no excuse last week burning cash; use caution.
Race 8
(6) PENNYSFROMHEAVEN pacing mare could use a fast pace to close into for her best chance. (4) LACARMELILIANA might be overlooked in this group; threat. (5) DRAGON JEWEL has been sharp in two straight.
Race 9
(3) SUNSET DREAMER impeccably bred gelding is ready for a wake-up call any week. (2) COLE HEAT will look to pounce late off a ground-saving trip. (5) FOX VALLEY CUPID has always been camera shy; command a price.
