The final split paired two elimination winners last week, Gaitway Guy and Bad Boy Too, in the field of six. Bad Boy Too left hard from post six and set the fractions through three-quarters while Gaitway Guy mounted a first-over charge and wore down the leader in deep stretch to complete a sweep of his eliminations. Bad Boy Too held second with Badlands Casino third. Gaitway Guy ($2.40, Corey Callahan), owned by Gty Stable, notched his ninth career win for trainer Jeff Smith in 1:54 1/5. The son of Delmarvalous was undefeated in 7 starts last year at age 2.
