Harrington: Incaseyoudidntknow lowers track record

James Magno and Joseph Fonte's Incaseyoudidntknow ($5, Jim Morand) broke the track record for pacing mares Tuesday at Harrington Raceway with a dazzling 1:51 effort in a $13,500 conditioned event.
Morand guided the 4-year-old Always B Miki mare immediately to the front from post two and set sizzling fractions of 26 4/5, 54 3/5 and 1:23 and was a dominant winner over Truth And Liberty and Western Secret A.
Trained by Les Givens, it was the 10th career win for Incaseyoudidntknow and her second straight tally over the half-mile oval. The time broke the previous mark co-held by Newborn Sassy and Jamie's Renegade of 1:51 2/5.
George and Tina Dennis' Feeling Sweet ($7.20, Mike Cole) captured the $20,000 Mares Open Pace in 1:53 over A Delightful Act and Cruzinforavictory. The Joe Columbo trainee notched her fifth win of the year and boosted her seasonal bankroll over $150,000. Feeling Sweet fanned wide in the stretch and out-kicked her rivals for a narrow win.
