Four $20,000 divisions of trotters capped the week of first leg elimination events for Delaware Standardbred Breeders Fund (DSBF) 2-year-olds Wednesday at Harrington Raceway.

George Teague and David Collins' Kodack Black ($2.20, Montrell Teague) prevailed in the first split in 2:00 4/5 over Reddy Fox and Youngbuck. The Kodak Lindy gelding was under confident first-over handling, surged to the lead near the three-quarters, and opened up easily for his first career win.

Perfect Twenty ($4.40, Victor Kirby) won with a similar trip in the second flight for owner Robert Allison Jr. in 2:02 2/5. After sitting third along the rail much of the mile, Kirby pulled the Yankee Royalty gelding on the backstretch where he responded and quickly pressed the leader before drawing away in the stretch over I Got It Made and Hespookshescores. Trained by Cliff Green, it was his maiden-breaking victory.

Lct Stable's Lady Brass ($6.40, Pat Berry) won the first filly test in 2:02 3/5 over Royal Flirt and Missdaburg. Another Green trainee, it was the first career triumph for the daughter of CR Commando.

Jeff Clark's She Is Strong ($3, Art Stafford Jr.) won the final DSBF contest on the card. The Anders Bluestone filly marched to the lead with ease from post two and never relented in a blowout win over Lilmisswontbewrong and Fairlee in 2:01 2/5. It was her first career start, and she is trained by her driver.

Driver Montrell Teague notched his 2,000th career win aboard his own Country Courtesy ($2.20), who was an open length winner in 1:58. A large crowd of friends and family joined the popular son of Hall of Fame trainer George Teague Jr. in the winner's circle.

In the $15,000 overnight feature, Andrew Glassmeyer's Embrace The Grind ($26.60, Mike Cole) notched his fourth win of the year over Ginger Tree Skyr and Quiksilvr Bluechip in 1:54, the fastest trotting mile of the meet.

Live racing will continue on a Monday through Wednesday schedule through October 19.
