Race 7

PRECIOUS POTATO has a relatively decent history over this track for DeFrancesco and that was a real good one he recently qualified against in 1:54:2. Worth a swing at first asking. STRAIGHTTALKXPRESS held well last out after a first over trip against a tough front-end winner. Goes second start over the track; speed might be invented. TOM'S TORPEDO drops back to the level of his most recent win and lands the rail.

Race 8

HILLBILLY HANOVER became one of the top 3-year-olds last year on the move to Burke and now makes his debut as an older horse after an easy qualifier. Took his lifetime mark in 1:50:1 the last time he was seen at this track; not the most difficult return spot. SUMMER CAMP was short in his most recent despite a promising trip, maybe will be better in his second start back. CHICAGO HANOVER invades and steps up after being untouchable over the past month at Yonkers.

Race 9

CLINT WESTWOOD showed high speed talent last year at two and those return qualifiers might not be bad as it looks when we consider they were won by one of the more promising 3-year-olds this year. Won here last year in 1:54:2. COCOMARA drops from tougher competition at Pocono and raced well the two times he raced here in March. REAL IMPULSIVE broke his maiden here last month with a big 1:53:2 effort; potential is there.

Race 10

All that RAJI'S BLUE LINE does is win and he was let go at nearly 10/1 last week in extending his streak to three in a row and four out of his last five. Can obviously overcome the post; logical short priced contender. FOUR STARZ TWINS makes his first start off the claim for Surick but steps way up and off a lame scratch no less. Even despite that I guess a good try wouldn't surprise me. ODDS ON DEMI-QUEUE had sharp pace to offer on both ends of his mile upon arrival. Ditto for ITS THAT TIME.
