Best Bets: 4 - 5, $10.20 (+$0.20)
Spot Plays: 0 - 5, $0.00 (-$10.00)
Best Bet:
Sister Sledge (Race 10)
Spot Play: Its Mesmerise N (Race 8)

Race 1 - F&M Claiming $12,500

6 - SWEET LULLABY parried sustained pressure to win at this tag last week after conditioned company proved too tough. Tetrick is right back aboard in a field that lacks serious threats from the handful of newcomers to show. 5 - MCCOOLEN raced superbly at 14-1 last week, latching onto cover and lifting into a no-match second. Traffic trouble was the big culprit of her sixth-place finish two back, but she didn't lack for pace late in the mile. 1 - RACING FOR RICK rises mildly off a second-place finish in second-level company after 3-1/2 months off. While it's been three weeks since that return outing, she figures to be sharper coming back and closer to the action from the pole. David's choice.

Race 2 - PA Stallion Series

5 - SYRINX MINX won her last qualifier after a couple uncharacteristic breaks in early June. Closing ability shown at Lexington last fall indicates ample ability for these. 1 - WITCHEY WOMAN worked clear from post 8 and parried pressure to break maiden on June 29. Minor stakes player last year seems to have matured considerably. 6 - AUNT BEE wired her last two fields, and her 1:57-range miles of late are ample. Can share; best when prominent.

Race 3 - F&M Non-Winners $10,000 Last 5 Starts

6 - AMANDEROSA looks to repeat after wiring third-level foes a fortnight ago. That 1:53 1/5 effort paired with her solid closing kick at Yonkers the start before indicate versatility. Plenty to like. 3 - FAITHFUL DESIRE moves the other direction on the class ladder after gapping an easy pocket at Yonkers in a tougher event last out. Best when close to the action or when aided by cover. 8 - KOTARE YARRA N just reached a half level below this one last out and used a :26 4/5 closing split to do so. Forgive her June 28 line on account of traffic woes.

Race 4 - PA Stallion Series

3 - DUNE HILL cleared, yielded, and chased in vain to hold third in the Currier & Ives. Minor success in open stakes at two translates well to this restricted group, and raw speed is ample. 4 - HEART N SOUL DEO stalked and chased evenly last out, and fared pretty well in New Jersey stakes as a 2-year-old. This move feels lateral. 1 - ALDEBARAN REVANI stayed on well from an earned pocket in her career debut 12 days ago. Pole keeps her close with ease.

Race 5 - F&M Non-Winners $7,000 Last 5 Starts

5 - DOROTHY'S LEGACY nearly reached at this level two back when availed a clear shot at the front flight, but since then was mired in traffic. Still, once she found room at the eighth pole, she stayed on OK. I expect her to be better with more room to ramp up momentum. Solid mid-price option. 1 - SHELLIE DE VIE cleared, yielded and reached from the pocket in lesser company at M1 in her last. Pole offsets class hike; Tetrick takes over. 7 - BRUNHILDA likewise rises off a win, and she demonstrated outside leaving ability in her last two starts. Honourable mentions go to 2 - MOTU MOONBEAM N, who drops in class on arrival, and 6 - ELLA CHRISTINA, who enjoyed lots of success here in recent years but toiled late in her first start for Harris.

Race 6 - PA Stallion Series

6 - COVER GIRL sprinted off to a 1:55 win last week after a failed first-over grind into a tough middle pace the start before. Form progression is noted by the amount and type of work she has sustained in recent outings. 2 - IMPRESSIVE FASHION pushed hard into the far turn last week, only to be eclipsed off cover by Cover Girl. Expect better second out. 1 - BURBERRY invades from Woodbine after more or less even efforts to start her season. Pole can help her stay sharper later in the mile.

Race 7 - PA Sire Stakes

2 - CRUCIAL is warming back up quite nicely, as recent front-end wins indicate. After wiring N4L foes from post 9 at Pocono, she brushed and drew off for a Currier & Ives win 11 days ago. Stakes success from her rookie season can carry now that form is nearing its peak again. 6 - NEXT LEVEL STUFF has been on an absolute tear, and she picked up this season where she left off with a Matron win last November. Be most mindful of value. 3 - SANS DEFAUT chased in vain for second in the Currier & Ives, but was forced to play second fiddle to the tough Sister Sledge in her division. She faces her share of giants here once again, but she has the potential to perform better than a minor with the right circumstances.

Race 8 - F&M Non-Winners $14,000 Last 5 Starts, 7 Races, or $70,000

1 - TANGO DANCER almost lasted on a hard earned lead at this level two back, but was gathered in after cornering just on top. The kinder draw today might be enough to sharpen her up for the final furlong. 7 - ITS MESMERISE N turned in a credible debut despite dull cover, circling it and reaching a no-match second 70 yards from the line. Now she adds Lasix. Lots of space to improve off a good mile. 5 - CATCH A SECRET is Tim's choice despite late regression at this level last week. She just stopped at the top of the stretch as Bye Bye Felicia vaulted clear. The start before, she circled a fourth-level field at 5-1.

Race 9 - PA Sire Stakes

6 - SHERRY LYNS LADY pressed into a good second on Thursday behind Captain Krupnik after nearly nine months off. She hit the board in nine of 11 as a rookie, and she performed well on the national scene. Plenty to like second out off a solid debut mile. 2 - QUEEN OF THE HILL won her 3-year-old debut a few weeks ago, and fared well on the stakes scene as a rookie. Controlled Liberty Bill win and solid second to Next Level Stuff in the Matron both noted. 3 - DIP ME HANOVER won from the pocket second out after pressing into second in her seasonal debut. Tougher await today, but she has enough stakes experience from her rookie season to draw from.

Race 10 - PA Sire Stakes

6 - SISTER SLEDGE was near the top of her class last year, as far as North America was concerned. The runner-up in the Breeders Crown and Goldsmith Maid won eight of 12 last year and opened her 2020 campaign with two open-length stakes wins. The filly to beat. 2 - HELLO TOMORROW benefits from a kinder draw on arrival. In her last, early exertion to earn thee pocket left her struggling in deep stretch. Minor stakes success at two noted. 5 - SOLSBURY HILL rises off a Woodbine win off cover and showed pressing and stalking ability in freshman stakes. She's working back into form; minor option.

Race 11 - PA Stallion Series

4 - PERTH ANGEL DE VIE only missed the board twice in her career to date. She was a consistent force on the Stallion Series circuit, and her third-place finishes in two stakes so far this season came behind the standout Sister Sledge. Easier await. 3 - TUSCANY won her debut well, sprinting off to defeat The Next One by six. Lots to like off that powerful opener. 2 - CATHEDRAL BELLE only managed minors in three of four starts to date, but her 1:55.4 mile on July 6 is enough to chase for a small share here.

Race 12 - F&M Non-Winners 3 Races or $30,000

5 - LYONS MONATIZE qualified powerfully for King last Tuesday, and three weeks before that, she closed belatedly to pass horses in the stretch. Versatility encourages; Tim opts on over three others. 2 - AP EMILY'S DANCE chased for third in her last two starts, most recently against similar and at 40-1. Inside draw keeps her close with ease. 1 - WINDFALL PROFITS won two back before giving futile chase but turning in a faster mile last Wednesday. Pole can aid.

Race 13 - PA Stallion Series

6 - ALLSWELL HANOVER may yet be a maiden, but her runner-up finishes in two starts so far this year indicate maturity. And as for her 1:54 2/5 mile at Pocono nine days ago? A raw speed edge in this group. It seems she's matured considerably over the offseason. 7 - MISS KENDRA D failed to fire in recent stakes outings, but this group is an easier one. She's reunited with Miller; they teamed up for a two-move win in the Liberty Bell last October. 4 - CAVIART GIULIA narrowly missed in the Stallion Series final at 12-1 last September, and she's making her second start of this season. Week-over-week improvement from qualifiers and her Scioto line are indicative of rising form. Zeron opts aboard.

Race 14 - PA Stallion Series

7 - MISS WILIA maintained second in her two last Woodbine qualifiers. If the hopples keep the gait issues at bay, she can resume her Stallion Series success - she won the final at 9-1 last year! 5 - HANNAH is the "now" filly in this race, by way of a good pressing effort two back and a game defeat to Dip Me Hanover since. Speed and grit are both present. 2 - ALITTLEBITOFSUGAR didn't threaten in two recent Meadows stakes, but enjoyed success on the stakes circuit as a freshman. First-time Tetrick duly noted.
