Win %: 450 for 1,194 (37.7%)
ITM: 847 for 1,194 (70.9%)
Win Dividends: $1,988.10 - $2 ROI: $1.67

Best Bet:
Baron Remy (Race 14)
Spot Play: Meanttobe De Vie (Race 5)

Race 1 - Claiming $12,500

2 - DONT JUDGE A BOOK seeks a third straight win after solid front-end scores in his last two $10k tries. Debuts for Mann off the claim; form edge can help carry him up the class ladder a single rung. 7 - DALTON DID IT invades from Freehold, where he lifted to win his last at sixes. Raw speed should pick up markedly on the switch to three turns; value option if he can draw from his back class. 5 - P-DRIVE HANOVER was even in traffic at Yonkers last out, and chased well to protect second the start before. Gains Nap in this return to Philly.

Race 2 - Claiming $10,000

1 - COUGAR HALL hasn't raced in nearly four months, but held his own in $20k claimers and mid-level conditioned events. Far easier await him today; if he's even remotely close to peak potential, he figures well. 5 - REDHOT ROMEO saved second after being caught in traffic last out, and he's fared OK against $7.5k and $10k company on a fairly consistent basis this fall. Midpack draw yields tactical options. 7 - DAMION DIESEL HAHN qualified well from an earned pocket last week after over eight months away from action. Tougher Yonkers claimers were too much for him, but this spot can suit him far better.

Race 3 - Non-Winners 1 Race

3 - CHURCH SOUT is improving steadily in recent weeks with two near misses in the last three miles. He seeks to win at last today. Best career form right now; slowly and steadily percolating. Mind value, slim call to score at last. 1 - MADDYS LEADING MAN inched up to be a close third last week in like company, and is a fair bit improved since the steady local qualifier two weeks ago. Viable spot to break maiden. Career start No. 10; excellent opportunity. Use in any ticket. 7 - KEEPTHETABHANOVER is th e most reliable ITM producer of the lineup and, while working today from another tough post, he handled the last one fairly well. Best raw speed of the lineup. Generally likes to be near the action for best results.

Race 4 - F&M Claiming $10,000-$12,500

5 - ALWAYS BE LUCY seeks her fourth win in five tries, all at this level. She has proven capable from on the point, out of the pocket, or even from just deeper off the pace. Forgive five back owing to her sustained first-over push for seven furlongs. Plenty to like about the 17-time winner. 6 - ENCHANTED EVA was in for $12.5k last time, and after working hard to clear from the outside, she was engulfed by pocket foe Always Be Lucy. Slight relief can yield a little less need for exertion. Credible mid-price option. 1 - FEAR MY SHADOW hit the board in three of her last four, including a strong closing push to save second after being shuffled to last in a similar race here two weeks ago. If she's clear, she can pose an even bigger threat - and long odds are likely, too.

Race 5 - Non-Winners 5 Races or $50,000

5 - MEANTTOBE DE VIE won smartly two back and nearly repeated last time. Gets a few extra days of rest and steps into the next level up. Appealing on overall form reversal and successful conditioning record connected. Tissue-thin call in a race presenting several with growing talent. 1 - ANDELA performed with success from a high post twice, winning her last and, like our top choice, is another inching up the ranks today. Sufficient raw speed and excellent late kick attract. 6 - ROSALIE SWAN strung up successive wins this autumn, often as favourite. Third start in the class; sees new faces today. Remains a must use. 7 - VINNY DE VIE is also much improved since coming back from Yonkers. Post challenges, but demonstrably fits in. 8 - LUCY MAY HANOVER gained steadily throughout the second half of her last mile. She also has a hard assignment; needs a way into affairs for best results.

Race 6 - F&M Non-Winners $2,500 Last 5 Starts

3 - MAGICAL MISTRESS kept on well from the pocket in in second-level competition after not lacking but being too far out of striking range against tougher earlier in the month. She bottoms out now; no doubting ability at all. 4 - CORNER TABLE had enough to hit the board in two of her last three at the level, from pressing and mid-division trips alike. Credible value option despite four foes dropping in class. 8 - WINDFALL PROFITS had glimmers of ability in tougher fields, but long uncovered grinds and rearward trips have troubled her lately. Outside draw is likely her biggest obstacle, but easier do await.

Race 7 - Non-Winners $10,000 Last 5 Starts

1 - SHOEMAKER HANOVER won in featured action at Freehold and now joins us. Appealing spot, showed versatility last week. Has several choices when the gate folds back up. Slim call to continue building up successes this autumn. 2 - PRESIDENTE ZETTE overcame a marked deficit to win by inches last week and now tries the next level up. Has sufficient overall speed to compete in the group and often displays good passing mobilities. Can certainly repeat. 6 - MYSTICAL WYNN struggled last week from a tough post at Pocono, and now tries what is likely laterally a slightly easier class with us. Had a highly productive October in lower classes. Has enough late strength to factor well today.

Race 8 - F&M Non-Winners $14,000 Last 5 Starts, 7 Races or $70,000

4 - CRAZY CUTE pressed to victory at the level two back, and then chased well from far astern to only just miss Abigail Dawn in their Nov. 11 meeting. They're back together here; midpack draw and proven ability to sustain her attacks give the 7-time winner the edge. 6 - ITS MESMERISE N won her last two fourth-level races, and was foiled by severe traffic trouble in her fifth-level try on Nov. 11. She was in against the aforementioned pair, but hemmed in badly until upper stretch. Once free, she was loaded with pace. No questioning that she's capable. 2 - MY KIWI LADY N drops after even but non-threatening efforts in two local tries against tough company since arriving from Minnesota. Kind draw is an aid; closer tracking position can help her add value to exotics, as well.

Race 9 - F&M Non-Winners 5 Races or $52,350

7 - WAYSIDE has been superb since September, getting into many versatile positions for success and not missing the board in her last five miles. Ideally situated for a leave and presser-stalker action. If fresh, quite formidable. A good key for the Pick-4. 2 - SHE'S NUN BETTOR N is also racking up immense success across the last several months with a scattering of wins that punctuate a year (eight starts) in which she has not missed the board. The quintessential must-use candidate. Perfect draw for her racing style. 5 - IRON MISTRESS pleasantly surprised at giant odds to pass foes and reach third with much improved late numbers last time. Might benefit from any excessive early speed if it arises. Consider for a share if she's reclaiming her form from a couple months prior.

Race 10 - Non-Winners $14,000 Last 5 Starts, 7 Races or $70,000

5 - MR VICKTOR steps up after hitting the exacta in three of four and just missing from the pocket in his last. Form and versatility paired with recent raw speed make him a credible mid-price player on the hike. 1 - VALLEY OF SIN likewise rises, doing so after pressing steadily to a narrow fourth-level score last week. Staying power is improving again. 7 - MAX'S BEAST converted from the pocket two back and chased to only miss by two lengths on the rise to this class. In terms of expected value, he stands as good a chance as any to seriously lift tri and super dividends.

Race 11 - F&M Non-Winners $10,000 Last 5 Starts

2 - DARKRSHADEOFPALE N carries strong form up another rung on the class ladder, this time doing so into a fairly stout fourth-level group with three foes dropping in class. She can absorb or deliver pressure alike; form edge is clear. 1 - SALLY FLETCHER A was too far from the pace to threaten at Yonkers last out after upper-level fields proved just too tough. Pole can aid immensely on arrival. 6 - ROLLING GOING GONE keeps Nap after gaining belatedly for fourth on the rise to this level last week. Trending upward; staying power with kinder groups stacks up OK here.

Race 12 - F&M Non-Winners $4,000 Last 5 Starts

5 - SHEER TALENT moves laterally from her last-to-first $10k win two weeks ago, in which she chased cover and vaulted clear at 22-1. That reversal surely refreshed. 1 - BRING ME DIAMONDS drops a level after improving belatedly out of midfield to hit the board in her last two against third-level types. Pole keeps her close. 2 - WESTERN SHOWGIRL earned cheques in six of seven at Freehold, and she seems to do her best work when on or near the lead, as earlier in the fall. Minor option; draw suits her preferences well.

Race 13 - F&M Non-Winners 3 Races or $30,000

4 - SWEETONTHEBEACH just missed from the pocket at 20-1 last week, and she's hit the board in five of six. A lack of speed to her inside indicates that she can easily be on or close to the pace again here with great ease. 5 - RHYME N ROLL missed last week due to transport issues, but her recent sub-1:54 miles are as fast as any in this group. Strong roughie play with similar. 7 - SWEET TALKER pressed and stuck around well last out, and circled strongly from last to just miss at Pocono three back. Ability to sustain wide gains is her biggest strength.

Race 14 - F&M Non-Winners $7,000 Last 5 Starts

1 - BARON REMY improved noticeably on arrival last week at a higher level that was still a drop. Dips further today and gets the pole position. A fine opportunity to build confidence. My strong call to close the day. 4 - WHEN SHARKS FLY also drops slightly for this mile. Turned in an attractive, favourable qualifier at Freehold and possesses the right amount of speed, particularly late, to be impactful at the class. Weigh the odds; wins with best. 7 - QUEEN LOSTRIS N has steadily produced many ITM results week in and out of late, improving since a key drop in class that took place in mid-October. Reliable fit at this even lower area, completely plausible to perk right up.
