Pick-4: 3,4/1,3,4/2,6,8/2,5 ($18) Best Bet: Heat Wave Hanover (Race 13) Spot Play: Willing Hanover (Race 7) Race 1 - Claiming $15,000 2 - CHEYENNE REIJANE debuts for Taneyhill -- who's winning at 24% -- after pressing to victory for $15k a couple weeks ago. Every chance to repeat for high-percentage connections. 8 - SHOREVIEW made the pace in a runner-up effort last out, and just missed by less than a length in a mad scramble for the line the start before. 7 - MAYFIELD DUKE reached at 12-1 off a wide trip two back, but since was taxed by a first-over grind into a stouter early pace. Debuts for Hastings; can share with even a neutral trip. [DRF HARNESS: Get Harness Eye PPs for this card] Race 2 - Claiming $10,000-$12,500 3 - ALMIGHTY JOHNSON N circled wide and sustained his bid for second in his local debut two weeks ago. Similar await; Tetrick opts on over two others. 5 - LEAP YEAR LUCKY saved third out of traffic behind Broadway Promise in the same race that Almighty Johnson N exits, but had the aid of a cozy tracking trip in doing so. 4 - INNER PEACE flattened from the pocket in his last, but he wasn't particularly devoid of trot. He stayed on better in his previous start; reasonable minor option on account of generally OK staying power and a favorable mid-pack draw. [DRF BETS: Wager on today's Harrah's Philadelphia card at DRF Bets.com!] Race 3 - Non-Winners 3 Races or $30,000 8 - WORTHY OF HONOR hit the board in six of his last seven at this level or tougher, with his lone miss attributed to a break in stride and broken equipment. Despite this wide draw, his sustained form at a proven level can carry. Morgan's choice. 1 - MIZZY BRENDA K draws inside for Engblom and regains Tetrick, who piloted her to an even-money score at this level four back. Mind value on account of recent breaks, but note that Tetrick's gotten along with her well. 6 - GINGER TREE BREN mounted belated gains from astern for the final check at this level last week, but Context's 1:54 4/5 mile towered over everyone in this field. Pressing and stalking ability noted; staying power makes her a credible minor option. Miller stays aboard. Race 4 - Non-Winners $2,500 Last 5 Starts 5 - NICE STUFF drops in class for a second straight start, but she does so after mounting a strong first-over push into the far turn. Simon put in a good effort with the 13-time winner on that occasion; this group is markedly easier. 3 - STORM PARTY sustained mild inroads into Grapple Hanover last week and protected third at 27-1. Easier await for a second straight week; staying ability is ample for these. Solid price play in all exotics. 2 - TONY SOPRANO also drops in class, and he does so after pushing hard for the lead, breaking stride, and recovering enough to save fifth in his last. A cleaner trip makes him a player on this step down, but be mindful of severe underlay potential given his descent down the class ladder without the results to show for it. Race 5 - Non-Winners $10,001 Last 5 Starts 4 - SIR JOHN F arrived on Nov. 5, won twice, and lifted steadily into third on the rise to this level. The 20-time winner consistently improves all the way to the line and he boasts strong current trajectory. 8 - INNISFALLEN beat N8L types here in October, and most recently saved fifth in a similarly tough race at Yonkers. The wide draw is a trouble spot, but this easier group can help his staying power count for more. Tetrick opts on, too. 1 - GINGER TREE SKYR rose to this level two weeks ago and stormed home out of traffic to just miss. Staying power and versatility are both noted. Race 6 - Non-Winners $14,500 Last 4 Starts, 7 Races or $70,000 4 - ALL CHAMPY rises into today's feature after just missing Eye Ofa Tiger AS at M1 a few weeks ago. He did edge clear of similar in the slop three starts back on Oct. 16. He can press or close from astern alike. 7 - SWAN LEGACY invaded from Hoosier by way of Yonkers three starts ago, and he's put together a win and a pair of solid minor efforts. Capable presser-stalker is Tetrick's choice of three; solid mid-price offering. 5 - ROCK OF CASHEL has had a bit of a resurgence this fall and has hit the board in half of his starts this season. While he needs a little trip help now in his 10-year-old season, he's still capable of contending in these high-level events if availed the right circumstances. [DRF BETS: Wager on today's Harrah's Philadelphia card at DRF Bets.com!] Race 7 - Non-Winners 5 Races or $50,000 3 - WILLING HANOVER does his best work off a helmet, but he showed he could sustain an extended first-over attack in his most recent try. While he came up short, he made up seven lengths while uncovered. Lots to like off that line. 4 - PRESIDENT was hemmed in pretty badly in his last, but emerged from traffic in the final sixteenth to make ground. If he's clearer sooner, he can pose an even bigger threat at a hefty enough price. Solid long shot material. 6 - HAPPY THAT toiled from the pocket on arrival from Dover last week, but on the whole he hasn't been that bad since returning from over a year away from action. Gains Simon; minor player with just a little bit of improvement in terms of staying power. Race 8 - Non-Winners $10,001 Last 5 Starts 4 - FASHION CREDITOR missed the board in his last two outings, but was used hard to clear from post 9 and post 10 on those occasions and didn't tire too badly in the final furlong on either occasion. He won't have to work as hard today from this cozy mid-pack draw, and Nap opts aboard the 35-time winner. 1 - MVP LUKE sustained a second-over bid for third in a higher-level event last week, and he's earned minors in four of his last five. Easier await; pole keeps him close. 3 - SYLVESTERAMERICAIT drops back to his most recent winning level after toiling in the breeze a couple weeks ago. While this fourth-level race stacks up as tougher than typical, his recent efforts in higher-class races indicate ability to contend, at least for a share. Race 9 - Non-Winners 5 Races or $50,000 2 - BARLEY was second to the tough Beads in all four KY Sire Stakes events. This group shapes up as significantly more manageable than recent stakes tries and a failed pressing bid into Two AM and Max at Pocono. Plenty to like. 8 - BIG NUDGE has already won twice at this level, and David Miller -- who drove him on both such occasions -- opts to remain on. Wide draw presents a sizeable obstacle. 6 - ANDELA hit the board in her last seven starts, including a stout chasing effort for second at 13-1 in her first try at this level last week. Versatility and staying power make her a strong choice for all exotics. Race 10 - Non-Winners $7,000 Last 5 Starts 2 - DOT DOT DOT DASH pushed three-wide off the far turn in her last before hanging in mid-stretch. Still, she only missed by 1-1/4 lengths. Class relief into a fairly kind third-level group should assuredly aid. 5 - BROADWAY PROMISE hit the exacta in his last three tries, all with Nap in the bike. He rises mildly into this race following a strong $12.5k win out of post 8. 4 - PRESIDENTE ZETTE never got involved in fourth-level company last Wednesday, but he did push forward steadily out of mid-division to reach at this level the week before. Race 11 - Non-Winners 1 Race 3 - VINCENTI was fourth or better in his last six, including a no-match second three back with Simon Allard aboard. They team back up today. 7 - MOTHER LIN pressed mildly on the far turn last out before fading. Before that, the rookie filly earned four straight minor checks. A less strenuous trip can boost her earning power. 4 - BELAIR BEAUTY broke two back, but made amends well with a solid pacesetting third-place effort on Friday. The hopples have largely aided gait issues. Race 12 - Non-Winners $4,000 Last 5 Starts 1 - NEXTROUNDSONME dropped to this level two weeks ago, brushed, and was just nabbed in the last yards at odds-on. Chasing ability for minors in far tougher events can suit him well; pole keeps him a little fresher. 4 - SWANS HONEY made up 14 lengths in the last half in her last start, and now, she drops to her last winning level. This task is markedly easier, to say the absolute least of it. 6 - SWANIND FASTLANE also steps down from third-level company, but does so after an even effort. Expect a little bit sharper second out. Race 13 - Non-Winners 3 Races or $30,000 6 - HEAT WAVE HANOVER won well two back and was since overpowered by Context in his sparkling 1:54 4/5 mile last Friday. Class and form unite; she's as strong as any here. 1 - GOLD STONES wasn't lacking in recent Grand Circuit outings, but she was too far from striking range to pose a threat. Class relief and the pole can get her back on track; mind value owing to the company she's been used to facing. 3 - HOTSPRINGS VOLO invades from Kentucky after a game overnight win at Oak Grove and a 1:52 1/5 mile in Lexington in October. She's hit the ticket in four of five; a similar effort can land her in exotics at a healthy price. Race 14 - Non-Winners $2,500 Last 5 Starts 5 - LANDONFITZ earned minor checks in three of his last five, and edged clear of second-level foes six back. He bottoms out on the class ladder today; back class galore can carry him. 1 - MAJOR IMPACT gets an absolute pass for his extended first-over push two weeks ago. The pole will assuredly yield him an easier trip this time. Nap's choice. 2 - FRAC never got involved from wide draws in his last three. Class and post relief are bound to aid.
