Race 1 - Non-Winners $7,000 Last 5 Starts

2 - JK MUSICMAN almost got it done against tougher at Pocono last Saturday, and he brings the strongest form into this race by way of two runner-up finishes in his last three tries. This inside draw plays well into his preferred forwardly-placed racing style. 7 - MR PROFETA drops for a third straight start after more or less even efforts for minors at Yonkers. Switch to three turns can improve raw speed, too. 3 - ANNIHILATION sees six of his rivals drop into this race, but he didn't lack for staying power on arrival four weeks ago or from mid-division stalking journeys with tougher on either side of a lengthy spell. Minor player again with similar.

Race 2 - Non-Winners 3 Races or $30,000

3 - DAYTONA DREAMIN pressed into and held second in a Stallion Series event in his last after giving futile chase to a dominant Moon Ridge at this course and class. On the upswing, for sure. 6 - WORTHY OF HONOR makes his second start since October, and he looks to improve after making two moves in the first six furlongs of his last. Expect sharper coming back. 5 - IRON MINE DIVA hit the board in 5 of 6 races to date, with the lone miss coming in a PASS event behind the tough Next Level Stuff. Form and versatility noted; mind value.

Race 3 - Non-Winners $4,000 Last 5 Starts

4 - EI EI O flattened after pressing from the pocket last out, but retains Miller by his choice over two others. This field shapes up as more manageable. 5 - RENTIER rode the pocket to one-paced second- and third-place finishes in his last two tries at the level. Midpack draw can enable forward placement with ease again. 7 - SHIVERED steps down a level after respectable staying efforts at Pocono in his last couple. Reunion with Nap can help his cause, too.

Race 4 - Non-Winners 1 Race

1 - PADDY ALL DAY passed tired foes in the stretch after being shuffled to last on the far turn. Pole lands him closer; clear sailing is a must. 3 - BLAZING LIGHT steps down from a respectable stakes debut, but takes on older on arrival. Raw speed and staying power encourage. 6 - TECHTOPIA HANOVER earned minor cheques in his first three starts of the day, lifting stoutly to just miss two back and closing from deeper into fifth first out. Raw speed alone can make him a minor option here.

Race 5 - 2YO Fillies, Non-Winners 2 Races

2 - FINNERY HANOVER left for the pocket and held third after giving futile chase to Love Muffin a couple weeks ago. Expect sharper coming back and from a kinder draw. 5 - VICTORIANA keeps Nap in this second career outing after a failed bid up the far side last out. Cover can aid; new shooters seem to still be developing, too. 6 - MISS ROSARY broke last out, but showed respectable staying power from astern on debut at Pocono. Closer cover can benefit her, as well.

Race 6 - Non-Winners $7,000 Last 5 Starts

7 - POWERFUL YIELD gave strong chase in each of his last three outings at the level and narrowly missed horses amid strong form in each of his last two. This field is largely a familiar group for the 21-time winner; versatility is a definite plus. 1 - WINNERESS is the lone horse in the field to drop in class, and he does so after a better-than-even effort out of mid-division. He retreats to his most recent winning level, but could stand to establish better position from the pole compared to his last. 2 - GLOIRE DREAM made two moves amid a hot pace in his last, and gave way in the final furlong - explicably - after his sustained exertion. A kinder tempo should be the case on arrival from Pocono.

Race 7 - Non-Winners 1 Race

6 - SECULAR endured a first-over grind to just miss Solar in a Stallion Series event at Pocono in his last, and before that hit thee board in three of four others. Gait issues have troubled him some, but he sure has the tools and class edge to overcome them. 2 - THE NEXT ONE is also equipped to break maiden in this group, having hit the board in two-thirds of her starts to date. After being severely overmatched in a Stallion Series event, she pressed well on the far turn at Pocono to miss at odds-on. The stronger foes she's faced are starting to graduate out of these ranks. 7 - KINDA LIKE BUD struggled as a rookie, but is now starting to find his own. There's a reasonable chance he could get away with minimal pace pressure at healthy odds, but the wide draw makes for a challenging task ahead.

Race 8 - Non-Winners $10,000 Last 5 Starts

3 - SOMEWHERE FANCY seeks a third straight win after sprinting off on Sunday and pushing clear from the breeze the week before. While he rises again, the 46-time winner carries strong form and raw speed. 7 - MR CENSI pressed well into head-stretch leads in each of his last two outings, only to be swallowed up off the corner. Trip relief can do wonders for this healthy value option on the step back to fourth-level competition. 5 - MAROMA BEACH lacked for room in pursuit of tougher last out, and before that stalled off a first-over push at odds on. Class relief can aid; trip relief can aid more.

Race 9 - Non-Winners 5 Races or $50,000

2 - HELL PATROL posted a resounding odds-on win on June 28 before chasing for third in two stakes assignments since. He's the only one to drop in class in a field that's largely unproven at this level. Lots to like. 3 - ARCLIGHT HANOVER enters off a stakes win out of post 8, but Stallion Series races have historically played out as on par with N5L events here. He cedes a second's worth of a speed edge to Hell Patrol, but he does demonstrate considerable pacesetting and pressing ability alike. 8 - MANWILLING invades from Yonkers after lifting into the money in his last two N4L outings. This group is comparable and the switch to three turns can amplify his closing ability, but the wide draw looms. Still, a solid value option in exotics if he can fish out good flow.

Race 10 - Non-Winners $7,000 Last 5 Starts

4 - LAREDO TORPEDO N looks to build on a strong two-move effort to just miss on the double-jump to this level. Kinder draw can save him some early exertion for position; form encourages. 7 - SOLO STORY rises after a dominant second-level win in which he blitzed up the far side and vaulted clear at will. He's been consistently fast enough of late to contend here; Miller opts to remain aboard. 5 - IDEAL WHEEL rises after a win and a second-place finish, both from on or near the lead. While tougher await, he could benefit from being lone early speed out of a kind starting spot.

Race 11 - F&M Non-Winners 1 Race

2 - SATOMIE HANOVER showed promise in morning sessions, both before and after the spring pause. Just last week, she lifted into a no-match second in a local qualifier, and her 1:54 4/5 time is amply fast for this group. Solid chance on debut. 8 - GRANNY'S GIRL owns the fastest mile on the page and has earned money in all but one try this year. Gains Nap, but must weather post 8. 3 - BEACHALLUWANT chased in :27 4/5 to take a no-match fourth in thee same qualifier Satomie Hanover contested on July 28. Another first-timer with some upside and what seems like ample potential.

Race 12 - Non-Winners 3 Races or $30,000

2 - BOMBSHELL HANOVER rises into this group after a commanding twenties-on maiden score last week. The likely pace of the race has the benefit of a cosy inside draw, and there doesn't appear to be much in the way of mid-race pressure. 8 - CLEAN SHAVE came up just short from pocket runs in his last two at the level, and those performances are all the more convincing considering the company he chased. Wide draw is his biggest obstacle this time. 4 - ESAI HANOVER drops in from Stallion Series company after mustering a fourth-place finish behind No Quarter's 1:50 mile at The Meadows a couple weeks ago. Before that, he demonstrated outside leaving ability and decent enough raw speed in local lines. Reasonable minor consideration.

Race 13 - Non-Winners $4,000 Last 5 Starts

5 - BAKERSFIELD withstood heavy pressure on the far turn in a third-level race and still held third after being softened up. The change of tactics helped; another step down can help more. 2 - JUMPING JAKE drops as well after an even line at 67-1 in his last. He closed well with Dunn aboard three and four back; Corey can offer an equally effective late push if clear sailing avails. 1 - I GET THAT rises after circling boldly to a first-level win last Friday. The pole can at least partially offset the step back up.

Race 14 - Non-Winners $2,500 Last 5 Starts

1 - POGEY BEACH brushed to the fore last week before giving way, and the week before made a first-over push into a quickening pace before fading. This field shapes up as more manageable yet. 5 - JOE HILL gains Nap after a failed bid in second-level company last week. Expect stronger in his second start back from a very long spell. 7 - WAVES OF FIRE A gains Morgan after never showing up at any point two weeks ago. His aggressive push forward up the far side three back is more indicative of his abilities; give him extra credit for the extra ground he covered.
