Six Indiana Sires Stakes events for 2-year-old male pacers, rookie pacing fillies, 3-year-old male trotters and sophomore trotting fillies, plus the Hoosier Cup for 3-year-old pacing colts and geldings took place on the undercard of the Jim Doherty Memorial and Peter Haughton Memorial on Friday night at Harrah's Hoosier Park.
Teelatini (Peter Wrenn) posted her sixth consecutive victory in the $133,000 2-year-old filly pace. She took command before the 56 3/5 half and went on to a 1:52 4/5 win for trainer Roger Welch and owners/breeders William De Long and William P. De Long. A daughter of Rockin Image, she has pocketed $250,348.
Trainer Ron Burke and driver Ronnie Wrenn Jr. swept the 2-year-old colt and gelding paces, worth $67,500 and $67,000, with Martz Telly [1:51 4/5] and Noblesville [1:52].
Martz Telly, bred by Martz Creek Farm, is a Tellitlikeitis gelding owned by Burke Racing Stable LLC., Knox Services Inc., Frank Baldachino and Weaver Bruscemi LLC. He is six-for-seven in the win column and has put away $156,638. Noblesville, by JK Endofanera, is a Burke Racing Stable/Weaver Bruscemi homebred who has three victories in seven appearances and a bankroll of $88,934.

Talent Scout (Dexter Dunn) got up from the pocket through the long stretch and won the $96,000 3-year-old male trot in 1:52 for trainer Doug Rideout and owners Julie Rideous, Alan White and Dave Gamble. Bred by Atlantic Trot Inc. and Steve Stewart, Talent Scout, a gelded son of Swan For All, made his 11th trip to the winner's circle and sent his earnings to $391,662.
Two daughters of JK Endofanera, Queen's Reign and Rollin Rosie, captured the two $49,500 splits for sophomore filly pacers. Queen's Reign, bred by owner Watermark Farm, won the first test in 1:50 2/5 for driver Peter Wrenn and trainer Ernie Gaskin, and Rollin Rosie, bred by Mahlon Lambright, scored in 1:50 4/5 for driver Trace Tetrick, co-owner/trainer Tyler George and co-owners Scp Stable Inc. and Gregory Samples.
Queen's Reign has a summary of 7-7-3 from 23 outings and has put $309,150 in her coffers, while Rollin Rosie hasn't been out of the top three (12-0-2) in 14 efforts and has socked away $353,270.
The Hoosier Cup, which carried a purse of $80,000, went to a first-over Why Not Now (Lewayne Miller) in 1:50 1/5. The Dylan Davis-trained colt by Always A Virgin is also co-owned by him in partnership with Howard Taylor and Jeffrey Billings. Why Not Now grabbed his fifth career triumph and increased his money to $291,880.
