:quality(75))
A pair of Indiana Sire Stakes races for 2-year-old colt and gelding pacers on Friday night at Harrah's Hoosier Park saw Another Mile Again, driven by Trace Tetrick for trainer Ron Burke take the first division, while in the second section, Mr Bear continued his flying start to his career with an impressive outing for the team of Marcus and Erv Miller.
Departing from post five in his $66,000 race, Another Mile Again was forced to work along the outside after being closed off from the rail to grab the eventual lead at the first quarter in 26 3/5. Setting the tone early, Another Mile Again led the way over Straightblueskies (Jordan Ross) and Nu Chex To Cash (Anthony Miller) to the halfway mark in 55 2/5. Dr Drake (Atlee Bender) was the first to move along the outside hoping to advance first-over on Another Mile Again.
Not allowing much of a chance, Another Mile Again hit the throttle on the final turn on his way to three-quarters in 1:23 4/5. Down the stretch, Another Mile Again was all business, cruising to the wire in 1:51 4/5 and a 2 1/4 length win. This Captain Rocks (Spence Taylor) got up for second, while Nu Chex To Cash rallied for third.
The victorious JK Endofanera colt is owned by Burke Racing Stable LLC., Frank Baldachino, Know Services Inc, and Michael Rosenthal. Bred by Engle Equine LLC., Another Mile Again boosted his lifetime earnings to $36,000 with his first career win
.
This win marked the second straight on the night for Tetrick, and he eventually wound up with seven triumphs on the 14-race card. Starting the night strong, Tetrick dominated the first-half of the card, combining for victories in the first with Fox Valley Sampson, Ponda One in the fourth, Always-A-Laser in the fifth, Capt Peach in the eighth, LA Captain Morgan in the 11th, and closing out the win total with Blaze On N in the nightcap.

Mr Bear, driven by Marcus Miller for trainer Erv Miller, served up a similar display as Another Mile Again, wiring his rivals and dominating in the $65,500 second division of the Sire Stakes.
Away from the rail, Mr Bear got away in no time, claiming the lead as the field lined up in numerical order behind the favorite to the quarter in 26 3/5. The seven-horse field followed single-file until Straighttemperment (Jordan Ross) made a brief break on the first turn, forcing his hand first-over outside of pocket-sitter Gwtrigger (Kyle Wilfong). Mr Bear met the halfway pole in 55 4/5 while fending off Straighttemperment.
With the outer flow congested by Straighttemperment, Mr Bear remained the leader of the pack to three-quarters in 1:24 3/5. Showing his class at a young age, Mr Bear appeared to have no weakness down the stretch, blitzing home in 26 2/5 to win by 2 1/4 lengths in 1:51. Tell Me It's You (John De Long) rallied from last with a 25 4/5 last quarter to be second, with Gwtrigger snagging the show spot.
Mr Bear is now a perfect three for three to begin his career, increasing his lifetime earnings to $44,750. The Rockin Image gelding is owned by Ervin Miller Stable Inc, D&M Trading Ii LLC., Levi Bontrager, and Laura Perniciaro. Mr Bear was bred by Mark Adams and Timothy Sullivan.
