Swift Swanda and Country Girl Charm got the job done as the public choices in their respective Indiana Sires Stakes events for sophomore trotting fillies on Sunday night at Harrah's Hoosier Park.

Driven by Trace Tetrick in the first $47,000 flight, Swift Swanda landed on the lead coming to the 28 second opening quarter and then maintained the top spot through middle-half panels of 57 1/5 and 1:26 1/5. In the lane pocket-sitter Dewtiful's Grace (Lewayne Miller) tried to mount a bid in the passing lane, but she would go off-stride, which allowed Swift Swanda to cruise to a three length victory in 1:54 2/5. Four Under Par (John De Long) was the runner-up, and Ima Diamond Babe (James Yoder) came in third.

Erv Miller trains Swift Swanda, a daughter of Swan For All, for owners Anthony Lombardi and The Kales Company LLC. Swift Swanda, who was bred by Lavon Miller, has 13 wins from 22 career starts, and she has now earned $378,680. She paid $2.20 to win as the 1-9 favorite.

In the second $47,500 section, Queen Of All (De Long) posted the opening quarter in 28 seconds, but she would give way to sit in the pocket behind Treasure Gems K (Sam Widger) on the way to the 57 3/5 half. Meanwhile, Country Girl Charm (Miller) bided her time in fifth before making a first-over move beyond the half.

Country Girl Charm advanced into third at the 1:27 three-quarters and was able to sustain her bid into the lane, striking the front in mid-stretch. Her work wasn't done after she forged her way to the top, as Queen Of All was able to angle out of the pocket, but Country Girl Charm held her at bay to prevail by half a length in 1:55 1/5. Voluptuous Swan (Jordan Ross) was the third-place finisher.

Miller also trains Country Girl Charm, a Whom Shall I Fear filly, for owners Ryan Raber, L & S Racing, D&S Stable, and JW Stable. Country Girl Charm has compiled a record of 8-5-1 from 16 appearances and has now banked $248,015. Sent off as the 4-5 favorite, she returned $3.60 to win.
