Harness: Weather forcing track cancellations for Friday

Due to expected extreme temperatures and high winds, both Northfield Park and The Meadows have canceled live racing for Friday, December 23.

Live racing returns to Northfield on Monday, December 26 and The Meadows on Tuesday, December 27.

Woodbine Mohawk Park has announced it will make a decision on Friday's live racing card at noon on Friday. Should the card be canceled the huge $336,533 Hi-5 carryover with a mandatory payout will move to the final race on Monday.

UPDATE (6:30 PM 12/22): Hollywood Dayton has canceled racing on Friday, December 23 and Cumberland has postponed its Saturday card to Monday, December 26.
