Power-brushed to the lead at the half, shook off pressure through the third quarter and drew clear to a sharp win

GOTTA DREAM BIG –

Was 9th at the quarter, followed cover, went three wide on the final turn as his cover tired and finished strongly to just miss with a :26 2/5 final quarter

NORTHFIELD

9/3: 8w, + speed

9/2: 8w, + speed

KING HARVEST –

Had post 7 and was 8th at the three quarters, finished quickly for the show

HOOSIER

9/2: 8w, + speed

9/1: 3w, no bias

CLIMATE HANOVER –

Was 6th at the three quarters, followed cover, swung wide for the drive and finished well

SWING CITY –

Blasted from post 8 to the lead in :25 3/5, set a blazing pace and excusably tired in the stretch in an improved effort off the drop

DAVE AND DENNIS –

Was 6th at the half but hurt by terrible cover, swung wide for the drive and rallied quickly for the place coming home in :25 4/5

9/4: 3w, no bias

CASINO BAGS ANSO –

Left from post 7, tucked 5th, went first over, made up five lengths pacing a :28 1/5 third quarter challenging the 3/5 favorite, was shaken off late but held well for the show

MISTER VIRGIN –

Left from post 8, was parked the mile without cover, forced a quick pace, held okay

HI SIR –

Left from post 7 and was used hard forcing a fast pace against the 3/5 favorite while parked the mile without cover, held his ground until excusably tiring in the final quarter

PHILADELPHIA

9/4: 6w, + speed

9/3: 5w, + speed

9/1: 4w, + speed, 11 of the 14 winners left the gate, 6 pocket winners

EVEIL DUN CHAMPION –

Left from post 8 and tucked 4th, went first over pacing a :26 2/5 third quarter, wore down the favorite to take the lead in the stretch, was caught late by a perfect trip sitting horse

KIWI IDEAL N –

Left from post 7 and was used hard to the lead in :26 3/5, rated the half then raced under strong pressure, only lost by a length

HUNTSVILLE –

Was beaten at 2/5 odds but endured a tough trip, left from post 6 and tucked 4th, went first over and paced a grueling :25 4/5 third quarter, held the show

THE FIRE WITHIN –

Left from post 5 and was used hard to the lead in :27 2/5, set a quick pace and finished third but lost by only two noses

OK ICON –

Had post 1, left well to protect position then quarter-moved three wide to take the lead past the quarter, rattled off a hot clip and drew off to a commanding win

POCONO DOWNS

9/4: 9w, + speed

9/3: 5w, no bias, off track

9/2: 4w, no bias

INDEPENDENT ONE –

Went first over into a :27 third quarter, wore down the 6/5 favorite in the stretch but was just nipped by the pocket sitter in a game placing

DEWEY BEACH –

Had post 6, followed poor cover, went three wide on the final turn and finished gamely for the place from a tough spot

ALLSTAR PARTNER –

Had post 8, went first over on a long grind, took the lead in the stretch but was just nailed late while finishing in :27 3/5

NEWS WATCH –

Yonkers shipper that was hurt by dull cover in last, took to this track, left sharply from post 8 to the lead in :27 1/5, rated the half then paced a :54 2/5 last half to draw off

FOX VALLEY HERMIA –

Left well from post 5 and yielded, brushed sharply at the half to regain the lead, held well for the place

FLY’N WITH ROYALTY –

Left and was used hard parked the mile without cover, challenged the pacesetter until after the three quarters, weakened and finished 5th but had a tough trip

TIOGA

9/2: 6w, no bias, front running winners were all solid favorites

9/1: 3w, no bias

YONKERS

9/3: 4w, no bias, off track

VAPOUR N*** –

Was 5th at the half and used hard on a tough first over move pacing a :27 flat third quarter, battled for the lead gamely to the wire to finish third only two heads back

Left from post 7 and was parked the mile without cover, pressed the 6/5 favorite from the half, paced a :27 4/5 third quarter, was shaken off but only lost by two lengths
