Had post 9, was far back, followed weak cover and finished strongly for the win

HARRINGTON

9/3: 5w, + speed

9/2: 9w, ++ speed

PANTHEON -

Left from post 7 and was parked the mile without cover, held gamely for the show

CHIPOFFABLUEBLOCK -

Had post 8, followed cover and finished strongly to miss by less than a length

EMBASSY SEELSTER -

Had a tough grinding first over trip into a quick last half and just missed

HOOSIER

9/3: 3w, no bias

9/2: 4w, no bias

THEKEPTMAN -

Moved out at the half but ducked in when an outside flow was late developing, moved clear in the stretch and finished quickly to miss by two heads

NORTHFIELD

8/26: 7w, + speed

9/2: 7w, + speed

KANARIS -

Peaking 4YO was parked the mile without cover from post 7, took the lead in the final sixteenth and drew clear in a big effort

PHILADELPHIA

Left and was used hard parked the mile in a speed duel, held well for the show

GALLIE BYTHE BEACH -

Has struggled in her three year old season but showed life here, left from post 8 and was used hard to clear past a :26 2/5 first quarter, set a quick pace and only lost by 2 lengths

YONKERS

9/2: 6w, + speed

9/1: 6w, + speed

LONG FIGHT HANOVER*** -

Was 5th at the quarter, rushed up to challenge at the half, was unable to clear the 4/5 favorite but battled back gamely to finally wear that one down, was out-kicked by the second over horse but finished a sharp second

ROLANDALE BUSTER*** -

Had post 7, followed weak cover third over, rallied three wide around the final turn and finished sharply for the show

GREAT AMERICAN -

Was first over a long way into a stepped-up final half and held well for the show
