Left from post 7 and was parked the mile without cover, ranged first over against the bias-aided 1/2 favorite, gamely held the show

Left from post 8 and was parked the mile without cover, forced a quick pace in the slop and held his ground until headstretch, then excusably tired; may be coming around

Left hard from the rail, set a pressured pace and held the place
