Yonkers shipper looked to leave but broke, recovered quickly and took back, was 6th, pulled first over off the second turn and charged up boldly first over, paced a :27 1/5 third quarter, pressed the leader, finally took over in deep stretch in a strong win and a much-improved performance

Left from post 9, was parked the mile without cover, surged past the 7-5 favorite in the stretch and won surprisingly handily

Trotter left and was parked to the lead in :26 2/5, yielded and was boxed in down the lane
ALWAYS ON A ROLL*** -
Had post 9, broke before the start losing about 8 lengths, recovered, caught the field by the quarter, saved ground, was in tight quarters in the stretch but finished sharply mostly on her own power while racing behind horses until finding a clear path in deep stretch
CARD SHOCK*** -
Broke leaving, recovered and settled in behind gappers, launched a long first over bid down the back while making up a ton of ground, put away the leader in mid-stretch but was out-kicked late while holding well in a game effort
MAXI BON*** -
Well bred colt left from post 8 and followed horses up, lost cover and took the lead at the half, drew clear strongly in a sharp 3yo debut

Left and was parked the mile without cover, pressed the pace and held well
PEMBROKE DEWEY -
Left sharply from post 10 and was three wide on the first turn and parked to the lead in :26 2/5, yielded, sat the pocket and held well to the wire
