Trotter was far back from the second tier, moved out approaching the three quarters with still a lot of ground to make up and finished quickly in the stretch to lose by two lengths

CHEDDAR BAY –

Was 10th at the half, followed weak cover fourth over and finished strongly for the show with a last quarter of :26 4/5

CAL EXPO

3/6: 1w, no bias

LA DIVA DE ROSA –

Was 8th at the three quarters and stuck behind poor cover, finished strongly for the place

CALIFORNIA ROCK –

Was used hard on a long move to the lead during the second quarter, just missed

HAWTHORNE

3/8: 3w, no bias

3/7: 3w, no bias

UNBROKEN CIRCLE –

Was 10th at the three quarters fifth over, rallied three wide strongly on the final turn and continued her sharp finish down the stretch to just miss with a :27 2/5 last quarter

ASHLEE’S JOY –

Was 9th at the half, followed cover and finished quickly for the show from a tough spot

WINDSONG LEO –

Classy veteran left from post 8 directly outside of the post 7 leaver, was parked to the lead in :27, set the pace under second-half pressure and drew off handily
WHISKEY FRISKIE –

Left and got embroiled in a speed duel pressing a quick pace, held gamely for the place while losing by a head

FEELNLIKEAROCKSTAR –

Left sharply from post 7, set a quick pace under constant pressure, held for a game win

TRUE TO MACH –

Left from post 6 and was three wide to the quarter, remained parked out uncovered and held well considering the trip

OVERLORD –

Left from post 9 and was parked to the lead past a :27 1/5 first quarter, set a pressured pace and was a solid second behind the favorite

UP FRONT FLOR IDA –

Was 10th at the half following poor cover, made a solid three wide brush approaching the three quarters and finished steadily from a tough spot

DOVER

3/9: 4w, no bias

NORTHFIELD

3/9: 11w, + speed

3/7: 7w, no bias

LILYS REAL BOY –

Left slowly from post 8, grinded first over, reached the leader at the half, was shaken off by the even money favorite who ripped off a quick third quarter but didn’t tire that badly

ER ROOM –

Left slowly from post 8 and was parked the mile without cover, tough trip

SOUTHWIND AMAZON –

Venerable 10 year old millionaire left from post 7, zipped to the lead in :26, set a solid pace in another strong win, the 92nd of his career

THE MEADOWS

3/9: 5w, no bias

3/6: 3w, no bias

GUMPTION –

Was 6th at the half and first over, paced a :27 1/5 third quarter to collar the 4/5 leader and drew clear from that one late in a sharp performance

ROCKNROLL CHARM –

Had post 8 saving ground behind a modest pace, followed cover third over and finished quickly to win going away while pacing his last half in :54 4/5

POCONO

3/9: 2w, no bias
3/8: 6w, no bias

BARBADOS –

Left from post 8 and was parked the mile without cover, pushed the sharp favorite and held gamely to lose by a neck

FREEHOLD

3/7: 6w, no bias
3/6: 3w, no bias, sloppy track

STICK THAT LIP OUT –

Left from post 5 and was used hard to the lead in :27 2/5, set the pace over the sloppy track and was 2nd best

MEADOWLANDS

3/7: 5w, no bias, sloppy track

3/6: 4w, no bias

HURRIKANE LORI ANN –

Left from post 8 and tucked fourth, was shuffled a bit in traffic along the inside, finished well for the show in the stretch in an improved effort

SINTRA –

Classy win-type raced well off the layoff showing good pace on both ends

TRUMP THAT –

Was in traffic shuffled in tight quarters, showed good late pace once clear

HURRIKANE EMPEROR –

Came off an eighth month layoff with a handy wire to wire win

MONTICELLO

3/9: 5w, + speed

YONKERS

3/9: 6w, + speed

3/7: 8w, + speed

3/6: 6w, no bias, sloppy track

WINDSONG JACK –

Had post 6 and was third over behind weak cover, finished well for the show over a track that appeared to be speed favoring

CLASSY CHAPEL –

Had post 7, followed cover third over and finished quickly to miss by a head
