On this one last week after a strong closing effort from an outside post, drew the rail this time, left sharply, set a hot pace while refusing to yield and held sway gamely

3/8: 8w, ++ speed, all 15 winners were within a length of the lead at the three quarters and only one horse rallied to win off a cover trip

Was third over behind poor cover, brushed three wide at the three quarters and drew off to an easy win against the bias, the only off the pace winner on the 15-race card

DETROIT RAPPER -
Trotter was 5th over from post 10, rallied very wide at the three quarters and finished with solid trot down the far outside
SIR CARY'S Z TAM -
Had post 10, moved at the quarter and followed cover, rallied three wide at the three quarters and finished well, last quarter in :26 3/5
WINDSONG GORGEOUS -
Left well and parked a horse to a quick opener, yielded, was trapped in the pocket, angled out in a blindswitch in the lane and was caught in tight quarters

Left from post 8 and was used hard to clear in :27 1/5, set a quick clip, tired in the stretch and finished last but this was a difficult trip; finished fast from a tough spot two back
BIG N BAD -
Left from post 7 and was parked to the lead in :27 1/5, set a lively pace and gave way grudgingly late while pacing a solid :28 2/5 final quarter
WHOLLY LOUY -
Went first over from a tough spot in a single-file race where no one left except the one horse, paced a :28 1/5 third quarter, weakened but held okay considering the trip
