Left belatedly from post 8, power-brushed to the lead approaching the half, set a quick pace from there and weakened late; the other horses that had the lead Monday night went much slower fractions, may be live at a price in exotics

BURNTISLAND BILLY –
Left and yielded, was shuffled to 5th, found room in the stretch and rallied for the show
NORTHFIELD

SOUTHWIND AMAZON –
Left from post 8 alongside the post 7 leaver and was used hard to get the lead on the second turn, set a fast pace under pressure and finished second in a good try

SHIFT RIGHT –
Left from post 5, was used hard to the lead in :26 4/5, set a lively clip and held the show
MOSEE TERROR –
Quarter-moved and got strung out forcing a hot pace, lost by two lengths, tough trip
SKYWAY TOXIC –
Gunned to the lead in :26 4/5, set a fast pace under heavy pressure, lost by a neck
SANDY SUE –
Left from post 7 and was parked to the lead in :26 2/5, set the pace under second-half pressure and missed by a head
BESTFRIENDFOREVER –
Left from post 9 and was parked the mile without cover, prompted the pace, held well
DOVER
4/1: 5w, no bias
FEEL LIKE A FOOL –
Left from post 8 and was used hard to the lead in :26 1/5, set a quick clip under second-half pressure, weakened late but only lost by two lengths
PALOMAR –
Was impeded by a breaker and lost a lot of ground going from 5th to 8th, made up ground at each call and finished gamely, made up at least 14 lengths the final three quarters

3/25: 4w, sloppy track, no bias
3/22: 3w, no bias, off track
PHILADELPHIA
3/31: 7w, + speed, leavers dominating so far, only one horse won closing off a cover trip the first two days of the meet, hot driver George Napolitano, Jr. won 10 races, all on the lead

SWEET BEACH –
Was third over from post 6, finished with solid pace for the place
POCONO

SCREAMING CONWAY –
Trotter left from post 8 and was parked the mile without cover, held the show
SPORTY SPOOK A –
Was 5th at the half, grinded first over into a quick last half and drew clear late
CUZ IM ROCKIN –
Had post 8, blasted to the lead in :26 flat, set the pace and was a game second
BLACK CHEVRON N –
Was 6th at the half, followed cover, lost cover and had to grind first over from a tough spot, finished gamely for the place while pacing a :54 4/5 last half
GALLERY OPENING –
Was 7th at the half third over behind poor cover, rallied three wide at the three quarters and finished gamely to be 2nd best from a tough spot
FINAL ESCAPE –
Improving filly left from post 8 and tucked 4th, ranged first over into a stepped-up final half and held well for the show closing in :28 4/5, solid for the class level

3/29: 7w, + speed, not a severe bias but speed held pretty well for this track
STARZNHEAVEN –
Was tenth at the three quarters 4th over in a weak flow, charged four wide and finished strongly down the far outside to get up for the place, pacing his last quarter in :25 2/5
MONTICELLO
4/1: 7w, + speed, basically all 8 races were won by the pacesetter, I called it 7 wire to wire winners because one horse quarter-moved to the lead. All of the horses were obvious which is why I didn’t call it ++ speed.
YONKERS
4/1: 3w, no bias
3/30: 6w, no bias
3/29: 6w, no bias
JOHNNY DISCO A –
Left well from post 6 and yielded on turn one, pulled to quarter-move but was rebuffed and took back into the pocket while used hard to a :26 4/5 opener, was shuffled back to 6th when the leader gave way, moved out between horses on the final turn and rallied
LYONS STEEL –
Was 5th at the quarter, charged up approaching the half with all kinds of pace, powered past the 1/5 favorite on turn three pacing his third quarter in :26 2/5 drawing off
STELLENBOSCH –
Had post 8, followed weak cover, rallied three wide on the final turn and finished with solid pace for the show from a tough spot
