Left from post 8 and tucked 4th, went first over, paced a :28 1/5 third quarter, was shaken off but held okay, losing by only two lengths
DISTURBED HANOVER –
Left from post 6 and was parked to the lead in :26 4/5, yielded, was shuffled to 5th inside, finished willingly for the show with a solid last quarter
CLAREBEAR –
Had post 6, moved at the half then picked up cover down the backstretch, finished sharply and was second best
BEACHES DE VIE*** –
Gunned to the lead in :25 4/5, set a blazing pace and held well for the show
WAGER ON ME*** –
Floated out from post 8 and was parked the mile without cover, grinded into contention, prompted the pace, took the lead in the stretch but was out-kicked late in a solid placing
GOOD LIVING –
Had post 7, blasted to the lead in :25 4/5, set a solid pace under second-half pressure and came home in :28 2/5 to prevail gamely
