6/29: 3w, no bias

6/28: 2w, no bias

Was 7th third over behind terrible cover, swung three wide at the three quarters and finished with solid pace to get the show from a tough spot

DRAGON TIME*** –

Left quickly and set a fast pace with a :53 4/5 half, gave way grudgingly late

B STONEY*** -

Was 11th until the three quarters, followed cover and finished strongly to make up a lot of ground from a tough spot once again

PLAY JET RAY –

Left from post 6 and tucked 4th, hustled up to challenge at the half, kept the heat on through a fast third quarter and weakened late after a tough trip

ARTISTIC MADISON –

Was 7th at the half, followed cover three wide around a tiring horse at the three quarters and finished sharply for the show

RUNNING ACES

6/29: 4w, no bias

FREWIL DAKOTA SVEN –

Was 4th over from post 8, swung wide for the drive and finished gamely for the place

6/29: 4w, no bias

6/28: 3w, no bias

FOX VALLEY HALSEY –

Left from post 8 and was parked to the lead in :27 1/5, yielded before the half, pulled to challenge at the three quarters, took the lead into the long stretch, weakened late

ROLLIN COAL*** –

Was 9th at the half and fourth over behind cover in a weak flow, followed cover three wide at the three quarters and finished sharply for the place

LEXINGTON LADY –

Was third over behind terrible cover, rallied three wide at the three quarters and finished gamely for the show from a tough spot

ET TU BRUTE*** –

Left from post 9 and cleared to the lead at the three-eighths, set a quick pace under pressure and battled gamely to the wire, finishing third in a blanket finish

JOHNNY G’S STAR –

Left from post 7 and tucked fifth, went first over into a stepped-up final half against the 1/2 favorite and was a game second

THE MEADOWS

7/1: 6w, no bias

PHILADELPHIA

/30: 6w, no bias

6/28: 8w, no bias, speed did well but the horses figured, and four horses rallied to win from off the pace

POCONO

7/1: 2w, no bias

6/30: 4w, no bias, but leavers dominated, with 8 pocket winners; tricky call, only one horse rallied to win off cover and that was a trotter in a five horse field, but it wasn’t that easy to go wire to wire…similar to Friday night, could go either way, either a mild speed bias or no bias

6/29: 4w, no bias, off track, leavers did well, five pocket winners, maybe it can be called a mild speed bias because it did appear difficult to rally from off the pace

CAROUSEL –

Was 5th at the half, went first over against the sharp 3/5 winner and was a game second

FEEL THE NEED A –

Had the rail, gunned to the lead in :25 4/5, set a quick pace and held the show

DRAWING DRAGONS –

Was 6th at the half stuck behind poor cover, finished gamely for the show

GREENSHOE –

Trotter was 1/9 odds, was 6th at the half about six lengths behind a slow half, moved three wide at the three quarters and finished a fast closing second

SOMETIMESAWINNER*** –

Was 7th at the half while fourth over, made a bold four wide brush at the five eighths to take the lead into the turn and drew off impressively

DJOKOVIC N –

Trotter left from post 9 and tucked third, went first over and held okay

MEADOWLANDS

6/29: 2w, + closers

6/28: 4w, no bias

2yo looked professional in debut, left and was parked to the lead in :27 4/5, yielded, sat the pocket, came out in the stretch and drew clear handily with a :27 last quarter

QUITE A SIGHT –

Was 10th at the half, followed weak cover, swung wide for the drive and finished quickly for the place with a :26 last quarter
