Left to the early lead and yielded, powered three wide to regain the lead at the half, ran out of steam late but didn't tire that badly
SOUTHWIND TERROR -
Left from post 10 and was three wide throughout the first quarter, settled in second over at that point, lost cover approaching the half, surged to the lead in mid-stretch while completely under his own power but got rough-gaited and broke stride
LET'S DRINK ON IT -
3yo left and tucked 4th on turn one, brushed to the lead at the half and drew off sharply to handily defeat classy older horse, Silent Swing
DAVID'S DREAM -
Left from post 9 but couldn't clear and forced a fast early pace, was passed at the 5/8's and raced second over on the final turn, tired after an impossible trip
MARTINI HANOVER -
Left hard and cleared to the lead in :26 2/5, set a fast pace under constant pressure and didn't tire that badly in a quick mile
MIGHTY YOUNG JOE -
8th at the half behind a slow developing cover flow, moved wide at the three quarters and wider into the stretch, finished with his usual zeal, home in :25 4/5
