Followed dull cover, roared wide on the final turn and drew clear full of pace

4yo trotter had post 10 in his third start of the year, was 15 lengths behind a 30-second first quarter yet was able to overcome the slow pace, had weak cover, made a strong three wide move around the final turn and drew off

DB -

Had post 10, followed cover at the three quarters and finished in 26 flat for the show

JACKSON BERLOW*** -

Left and tucked, went first over against a sharp front runner, pushed a 27 2/5 third quarter and just missed

BIG BRAD -

Left from post 7, tucked 4th, brushed to the lead with a 27 4/5 second quarter, weakened late but held okay for the show

MAYWOOD

7/3: 2w, no bias

7/2: 6w, + speed

BONJOUR MADAM -

Was 7th at the half and stuck behind horrible cover, made a big three wide brush approaching the three quarters, reached the 2/5 favorite, was shaken off but held the show

NORTHFIELD

7/3: 9w, + speed

7/2: 9w, + speed

BELLAS QUIK -

Left well from the rail, yielded, regained the lead before the half, took on immediate pressure and gave way grudgingly late in a good effort

HOOSIER

7/4: 6w, no bias

7/3: 3w, no bias

HARRINGTON

7/2: 3w, no bias, off track, more tiring than usual

THE MEADOWS

7/3: 3w, no bias

BEAUTIFUL ARTIST -

Left well and yielded, went first over, was shaken off but only lost by 3 lengths

PHILADELPHIA

7/5: 5w, + speed, 11 leavers, 2 first over winners in the 14 races

VICTORY AT LAST -

Left quickly from post 7, yielded approaching the half, chased a quick pace over a drying out track that didn't seem that fast and was shuffled behind a tiring horse

LUCY'S PEARL*** -

Left from post 7 directly outside of the post 6 leaver, was parked to the half, drew off

BESTJETYET -

Dropped out of the Open but into a very tough NW20,000 race won by 1/2 drop down winner Somewhere In L A, followed weak cover, finished solidly for the show

POCONO

7/4: 8w, + speed

7/3: 5w, no bias

ALEXIS STYLE -

Left and took an early tuck, went first over against a sharp front runner, pressed the quick pace, excusably weakened; price factor in exotics

WIGGLE IT JIGGLEIT -

Left and was used hard to clear before the half, took on immediate pressure, shook that one off then had plenty left to hold off the late charge of the classy Artspeak

KEYSTONE RAPTOR -

Paced a 26 4/5 first quarter just keeping up then went first over forcing a 27 2/5 third quarter and held well for the show

MEADOWLANDS

7/4: 4w, no bias

7/3: 1w, + closers

JACKS TO OPEN -

Trotter had a tough parked-out trip forcing the pace, held well for the show

LYONSSOMEWHERE -

Left hard in 25 2/5 forcing tucks, set a hot clip and gave way grudgingly to the 4/5 favorite late, game effort

WINDSONG GORGEOUS -

Left well from post 9, yielded, was boxed in the stretch, had to angle across the track to find a lane, cleared late and finished gamely

HOLLYWOOD HILL -

2yo filly trotter quarter-moved to the lead and drew off to a handy win that was faster than the two colt sire stakes races that night

MONTICELLO

7/3: 4w, + speed

7/2: 6w, + speed

TIOGA

7/5: 5w, no bias

7/4: 4w, no bias

BARBARIAN -

Had post 7, finished well pacing his last half in 54 4/5

YONKERS

Had post 7, followed cover 4th over, followed cover wide on the final turn and finished gamely to get up from a tough spot

Speedy pacer had post 7, followed weak cover, hustled three wide late on the final turn and finished sharply for the show

SKY IS THE LIMIT -

Had post 8, moved out late on the final turn, swung wide for the drive and finished fast

STATESMAN N -

Was 5th at the half, pulled first over on turn three, paced a 27 1/5 third quarter rushing up first over, was shaken off but held okay
