Left and was three wide to the quarter, went around a weak leaver, raced parked the mile without cover forcing the pace, tired but only lost by a length in a game effort

Left and was used hard to a :26 4/5 opener, was shaken off, ducked in past the half, finished a creditable 4th
MEADOWLANDS
7/18: 6w, + speed, mild tailwinds, not a severe bias but 10 of the races 14 races were won by either a leaver or a horse that went first over, it didn't look easy to win from off the pace, hot and humid conditions
7/17: 7w, + speed, not impossible to close but leavers and horses close to the pace had an advantage
ART HISTORY -
4th over from post 9, swung wide at the three quarters and finished well from an impossible spot in a fast race
SCALPED -
Left well from post 9 and was parked to the lead in :26 4/5, yielded and was shuffled in tight quarters and cleared late with pace
CENTURION ATM*** -
Trotter saved ground and was 5th at the quarter five lengths behind the leader when he broke, lost at least 7 lengths before finding his stride, rushed up to catch the field and was 11 lengths back at the half, followed cover on the final turn, swung wide for the drive and finished sharply for the place in a big effort
BAND OF ANGELS -
Left well and yielded, angled out in tight quarters in the stretch, cleared late and finished quickly
STATE TREASURER -
Saved ground from post 8, angled off the pylons turning for home and had pace while blocked behind a wall of horses, cleared late and finished with his usual strong rally
WAKIZASHI HANOVER*** -
Left alertly from post 9 but elected to tuck 4th late on the first turn, went first over against a tough frontrunner into a :53 2/5 last half, held gamely for the show
GREAT SOUL -
Was 9th at the half, followed poor cover from 4th over, swung wide at the three quarters and finished well for the show from a tough spot
MARION MARAUDER -
2yo trotter had post 10, moved out 4th over on the final turn, stacked wide for the drive and finished quickly, last quarter in :26 2/5

Had post 7, moved at the quarter, followed cover wide around tiring horses and finished well for the show
