Broke before the start, recovered but was 17 lengths behind, followed cover, went three wide on the final turn and made up a lot of ground to finish second

TWIN B JAYS –

Was 7^th at the half, followed poor cover, rallied three wide on the final turn and finished sharply for the place from a tough spot

SINGHAMPTON KENNY –

Had post 9, left and was parked the mile without cover, held well for the show

LYONS WILLIAM –

Left strongly from post 10 to the lead in :26 4/5, yielded to strong pressure passing the three quarters, weakened but only lost by four lengths over a tiring track

HAWTHORNE

NORTHFIELD

LYRA*** –

Had post 7, moved at the quarter, was third over behind terrible cover, was blindswitched down the backstretch, cleared at the three quarters and followed cover three wide, then went four wide mid-final turn and finished gamely for the show from a tough spot

FELONA*** –

Trotter power-brushed to the lead at the half trotting a :28 second quarter, went a :28 2/5 third quarter, weakened late but held the show

DELIGHTFUL BRAEDEN*** –

Left from post 7 and was parked the mile without cover pressing a fast pace, took control into the stretch and held sway in a big effort

MOMMA’S JOLT –

Left to the lead in :27 2/5, set a pressured pace, weakened late but held okay

HOOSIER

7/14: 3w, no bias

7/13: 5w, no bias

MINDTRIP –

Left from post 6, was parked to the lead in :27, set the pace under second-half pressure and held well for the place

CASIMIR QUASIMODO –

Left and was used hard three wide to a :26 2/5 first quarter, yielded to the sharp winner, chased a quick pace and weakened but still beat five horses home; may be sharpening

RED SCOOTER –

Left from post 7 and followed cover, lost cover passing the half mile pole in a race with a hot pace, remained parked out and excusably tired; still holding form

THE MEADOWS

7/16: 5w, no bias

7/14: 5w, no bias

SAVE THE SHARK –

Left from post 6 and was parked to the half, was shuffled, had some late pace

PHILADELPHIA

TWINCREEKS JESSE –

Left from post 6, was parked the mile without cover, prompted the pace, paced a :27 3/5 third quarter and was a game second behind the sharp favorite

CHEYENNE REIDER –

Had post 6 and was stuck behind poor cover, rallied three wide on the final turn and finished with solid late pace to finish third behind a 1/9 favorite

BRUNHILDA –

Left from post 7 and tucked 4^th, went first over, pressed the 3/5 favorite, held the show

WINSTON –

Gunned to the lead in :26 1/5, set a fast pace under constant pressure and held okay

MEADOWLANDS

SIX PACK*** –

3yo trotting colt left from post 8 and tucked third at the quarter, went first over, stalked the leader, accelerated turning for home and drew off powerfully under mild urging

DORSODURO HANOVER –

Left well from post 10 and angled into a tuck 5^th on turn one, went first over and paced a :27 third quarter with a strong move, powered to the lead at the three quarters while still in the two path, was out-kicked late but battled gamely to the wire in a sharp placing

PLUNGE BLUE CHIP*** -

3yo trotting filly left slowly and tucked on the first turn, pulled first over at the half, went a :26 4/5 third quarter to reach champion trotter Manchego, finished resolutely to get up on the wire in an impressive world record performance

LONE WOLF TERROR –

Had post 9, followed weak cover from the quarter, went three wide at the three quarters and finished sharply for the show with a :26 2/5 final quarter

DUNBAR HALL –

Trotter was 9^th and on the move at the quarter, followed cover, swung wide late on the final turn and finished strongly for the place trotting his last quarter in :26 2/5

MONTICELLO

7/16: 5w, + speed

TIOGA

7/15: 4w, no bias

7/14: 1w, no bias, racing canceled after the 5^th race

SPIRIT SHADOW –

Left and tucked, went first over pressing a :27 third quarter against a sharp front runner and held okay

BELIEVE THIS BOB –

Left from post 6, was looped leaving but brushed to the lead past a :27 1/5 first quarter, set a pressured pace and held well for the place

WILD BILL M –

Left and yielded, was shuffled back to 7^th and had some late pace, tough luck trip

SUDDENLY SAM –

Left and was used hard to the lead in :26 1/5, set a fast pace and held sway

CHEYENNE REIJANE –

Went first over pushing a :27 third quarter, was shaken off but held okay

SHOWMEYOURGUNS –

Trotter had post 9 in the second tier, hustled up on a long first over bid, reached the leader at the half, pressed the 4/5 favorite, was shaken off but held okay

YS LOTUS –

Had post 7, followed poor cover and finished with solid pace for the place from a tough spot pacing his last quarter in :27 2/5 in a race won by a much-the-best bias-aided winner

ZACK MAGUIRE N –

Grinded first over from a tough spot, paced a :27 1/5 third quarter, held well for the show

BLOOD BROTHER –

Left from post 7 and tucked third, brushed to the lead at the half, uncorked a :26 4/5 third quarter opening up on the field and jogged clear to a sharp win
