Went first over against a sharp front runner pushing a quick pace, held okay
HAYSWOOD RON –
Left slowly from post 8 and was parked the mile without cover, prompted the pace first over, weakened and finished 5th but only lost by a length
MAJESTIC VIRGIN*** –
Was 6th at the quarter, rushed up to challenge at the half and battled gamely to the wire to finish third in a blanket finish, only noses away from the winner
EAST BEACH –
Was 7th behind poor cover at the half, stormed three wide at the three quarters, engaged the leader at headstretch, got up gamely pacing a last half that was more than two seconds faster than the opening half of the race

I FOUND MY BEACH –
Left from post 6 and was three wide to the quarter, remained parked without cover, forced a quick pace and excusably tired after a tough trip
STARK HANOVER –
Had post 8, gunned to the lead in :26 4/5, yielded, chased the fast pace, moved to the lead in the stretch but was out-kicked late, losing by a neck
