Was 5th at the half, rushed up approaching the half, pressed the favorite through a :29 2/5 third quarter over the off track and was a game second

DOVER DOWNS

1/19: 7w, + speed

1/18: 5w, no bias

1/17: 6w, + speed, off track

IN THE SHADOWS –

Was 6th at the quarter, power-brushed to the lead at the half making up 8 lengths, drew clear sharply

WESTSLUCKYCAM –

Rushed up first over, pressed a :27 2/5 third quarter against the sharp 6/5 winner, was shaken off but held okay in a solid final quarter

ENHANCE YOUR MIND –

Left strongly, parked a horse to a stiff :26 1/5 opener, yielded, retook the lead before the half and drew clear

SWEET JESSE T –

Trotter left from post 6 and was used hard pressing a fast pace and parked almost to the three quarters before clearing to the inside; excusably tired

THE MEADOWS

1/18: 5w, no bias, off track

1/17: 4w, no bias, off track

DESTINY’S DESIRE –

Had post 7, followed weak cover and finished sharply for the show from a tough spot

FOUR BOYS –

Left and took an early tuck, challenged from the half through a solid third quarter, held okay to lose by only two lengths

POMPANO

1/18: 6w, + speed

1/17: 3w, no bias

VAN GUNDY HANOVER –

Was 8th at the quarter, followed weak cover third over and finished well for the show

FREEHOLD

1/19: 3w, no bias

MONTICELLO

1/19: 6w, + speed, off track

1/18: 5w, no bias, off track

1/17: 7w, + speed, sloppy track

YONKERS

1/19: 6w, + speed

1/17: 0w, + closers, sloppy track, unusually tiring track, seemed near impossible to go wire to wire

TRIPLE SEELSTER –

Left sharply, set a lively clip over a sloppy tiring track and held the place gamely

TACO TUESDAY –

Was parked to a :28 3/5 quarter for the lead, rated the half then was under pressure racing against a bias and weakened losing by three lengths

ARDIE B SPEED –

Left from post 6 and was used hard parked two turns for the lead in a fast-paced race, set the pace and excusably tired
