Trotter left from post 8 and was parked the mile without cover, prompted the pace first over and excusably weakened after a tough trip

Had post 7 and was far back early, was 8^th at the half, followed weak cover 4^th over, went three wide on the final turn, still had a lot to do turning for home but finished with a rush to get up for the rare last-to-first win while pacing his last quarter in :27 4/5

PANIMAL KINGDOM –

Had post 7 and was 9^th at the half, followed poor cover 4^th over, rallied three wide on the final turn and finished gamely for the show from a tough spot

CROSSWINDS DODGER –

Had post 7, followed cover, went three wide on the final turn and finished sharply for the place from a tough spot

UNCLE REIMUS –

Was 7^th at the quarter, followed a dull flow, rallied three wide on the final turn and finished gamely for the show, paced a :55 4/5 last half from a tough spot

Left slowly from post 9 and was 5^th at the quarter, was parked the mile without cover, chased a quick pace, weakened but finished a respectable 4^th after a tough trip

GOLD COAST MUSCLE*** –

Left alertly to the early lead, was third after lead changes, tried to brush to the lead at the half, was rebuffed, battled gamely on the outside, never gave up, missed by a head

ROCKY GROUND*** –

Left from post 8 and tucked 5^th, went first over on a long grind, paced a :56 1/5 middle-half over the off track and was a game second

FLASHY TRICK –

Had post 8, was on the move at the quarter, followed cover 4^th over, followed cover three wide around a tiring horse, was three wide on the final turn, finished gamely for the place

SUGAR ISLAND –

Left from post 8, was parked the mile without cover, pushed a quick pace against a tough front runner and excusably weakened, tough trip

HOLDINGALLTHECARDS –

Left and was used hard parked to the lead in :27, set the pace under pressure, gave way late but only lost by three lengths

Left from post 9 and was parked the mile without cover, prompted the pace, held the place gamely

2/11: 7w, no bias, sloppy track, speed did well but they figured, with the exception of one longshot that got lucky when the favorite broke, and three horses did win off cover trips

Left from post 8 and was used hard to the lead past a :28 1/5 quarter over a sloppy track, chased a quick pace and held the show

SHARP ACTION MONEY*** –

Rushed up approaching the half, pacing a :27 3/5 second quarter, dueled with the winner through a :27 3/5 third quarter, kept on pushing, weakened late but held the show gamely

BRAVO TEX N –

Quarter-moved and got strung out forcing the pace, went to the three quarters in 1:22 4/5 while battling for the lead on the outside, weakened late but held the show gamely
