ST’S ESTEEM –
Trotter had post 6, left and tucked, rushed up at the half, kept the heat on through a :28 2/5 third quarter, couldn’t clear, weakened but held okay in an improved effort
AMASA AL –
Moved before the quarter to follow cover, was 8th, had to brush three wide when his cover tired, made a sustained three wide move to enter contention, flattened out
POMPANO

DOVER
3/2: 9w, + speed
3/1: 4w, no bias, sloppy track

BUNDORAN –
Power-brushed to the lead with a :28 1/5 second quarter, ripped off a :27 4/5 third quarter and drew clear
HUSTINGS HANOVER –
Left from post 7, broke midway on the first turn and was taken back to last, followed cover, swung wide late on the final turn and finished gamely
WHO DAT HEATHER –
Had post 6, moved at the quarter on a long first over grind, paced a :27 4/5 third quarter, was shaken off but it was a tough trip
DEWEY BEACH –
Had post 8, followed cover, ducked in down the back, made up good ground through the middle half and finished willingly for the show; price factor in exotics

TERROR O –
Finished quickly from third over to gain the place
ZERO THE HERO –
Left from post 8 and was parked to the lead past a :27 1/5 opener, yielded to the 4-5 winner and held well for the show
SKULL OF ROSES –
Was parked the mile without cover from post 6, prompted the pace, held gamely
