Was parked outside a long way from post 8, grinded into contention, couldn’t quite reach the bias-aided 1-2 favorite but held well for the show

2/24: 4w, no bias

AHDOUGHNOLUM –

Left from post 6 and was parked to the lead in :27 2/5, set a lively pace and was a game second to the pocket sitting favorite

SUPREME Z TAM –

Left and was used hard to a fast opener, set a quick pace under pressure and held well for the show

SPARKY MARK –

Left from post 6 and tucked third, hustled up at the half, challenged through a :27 3/5 third quarter, was shaken off but held okay

SOUTHWIND AMAZON –

Left from post 9 and was used hard to the lead past the quarter, set a pressured pace and didn’t tire that badly

RED RED REDNECK –

Left from post 6 and tucked third, went first over pushing a :27 3/5 third quarter and held well for the show

AU NATUREL –

Was even money from post 1, left hard pushing a :26 3/5 opener, yielded, was hopelessly shuffled all the way back to 7th and cleared late

SUNDAY POKER –

Left from post 7 and was parked to the lead in :27 4/5, set the pace, was under pressure through a :27 3/5 third quarter, gave way grudgingly late

ITS PERFECT –

Quarter moved and was parked out most of the mile first over, was a game second

GARETH NOURRIR –

Left from post 7, was used hard to the lead in :27 2/5, set the pace under constant pressure, finished 7th but only lost by two lengths

WHO’SZOOMINWHO –

Was 9th at the half, followed excess cover, went four wide on the final turn and finished gamely for the show from a tough spot

POMPANO

2/27: 3w, no bias

2/25: 4w, no bias

DOVER

2/27: 5w, + speed

GET REAL RUSTY –

First over pushing a :27 3/5 third quarter against the 4-5 favorite and held well to be second best

COMPLETE DESIRE –

Had post 8, was backed up by a gapper and 11 lengths back at the half, pulled down the backstretch and made up a lot of ground, caught up to cover at the three quarters, ducked inside for the drive and finished steadily, last quarter in :27 4/5

LEE IS A STAR –

Left from post 7 and tucked third, went first over against the 3-5 favorite, forced a :27 2/5 third quarter and held gamely for the show

MANDALAY HALL –

Left sluggishly from post 5 and tucked late on the first turn, pulled again in front of the stands and hustled up first over, was rough-gaited while challenging at the three quarters and broke briefly but quickly got back on stride and challenged hard, held well

WESTERN YOUNG GUN*** –

Went first over and paced a :26 4/5 third quarter with a strong move, was shaken off by the sharp 3-5 winner but held well for the show

Q’S CRUISE*** –

3yo saved ground in debut and was 7th at the half, thirteen lengths behind a slow pace, pulled out early on the final turn, had to steady when a horse pulled in front of him, then swung three wide and finished quickly late

RUFFLE UP –

Left from post 8 and followed cover, brushed three wide to clear tiring cover down the back, picked up cover at the three quarters, held well to the wire in an improved effort

Left from post 7, got parked the mile without cover prompting the pace, held well

Trotter came off a layoff, left and was parked to the lead in :27 1/5, set the pace and gave way grudgingly late to just miss

K RYAN BLUECHIP –

Left from post 8 and was three wide around the first turn, took the lead past the quarter, yielded, was shuffled to 6th, swung out behind horses in the stretch and cleared late
