MEADOWLANDS
2/3: 2w, + closers
2/2: 3w, + closers, not a severe bias, but some good horses lost on the front end after having to leave into the wind, and the three horses that went wire to wire were favorites, including two odds-on horses that laid over the field, so it didn’t appear to be an easy night to go wire to wire, cold, and strong headwinds
IRON DOME*** -
Broke before the start and was at least 18 lengths behind as he got back on stride, made up some ground on the inside, moved out of tight quarters late on the final turn, tipped wide for the drive and finished gamely to miss by two lengths in a big recovery
