Left and was parked the mile without cover, prompted the pace, tough trip
MOBIL BIG JOHN –
Was 8th behind sluggish cover, made a three wide move on the final turn and finished strongly for the place from a tough spot
STAND UNITED –
Was 7th and ten lengths behind at the quarter, followed poor cover and finished strongly for the place, last quarter in :26 flat

Was 7th and at least 11 lengths back at the quarter, gained a lot of ground through the middle-half while following cover, followed cover three wide around a tiring horse approaching the three quarters, was wide on the final turn and held well for the show

Was 6th at the quarter, went first over from a tough spot but reached the 4/5 favorite at the half, prompted the pace from there and kept on chugging to the wire to miss by a neck
NEEDLES AND PINS*** –
Was 7th at the half, followed cover third over, followed cover three wide around the final turn and finished gamely to finish second, losing by a head to the pocket trip winner
