Left strongly from post 8 to the lead in :27 2/5, the fastest quarter of the night, set the pace and only lost by two lengths

MIDNIGHT ZETTE*** –

Trotter left from post 7 and tucked third, went first over and prompted the pace from the half, pushed a :28 1/5 third quarter and was a game second

COWBOY COUNTRY –

Trotter followed cover and was impeded when his cover broke on the final turn, came back on gamely late to get the show

WORLDOFROCKZEE*** –

Had post 8, followed weak cover and finished sharply for the show from a tough spot

CAVIART SCARLETT –

Left and was parked the mile without cover, forced a fast pace, held okay

BARN SIS –

Trotter left hard from the rail and parked the winner to a :27 2/5 first quarter, yielded and was third, pulled first over, battled hard first over and held gamely for the show

SHAGNWITHTHEDRAGON –

Left from post 7 and tucked third, went first over forcing a :27 45 third quarter and battled gamely to the wire to miss by a neck

Left from post 9 and was used hard to the lead past the half, only lost by two lengths

Left from post 6 and was parked the mile without cover, prompted the pace throughout, weakened late but only lost by three lengths

STATE STREET LIZ*** -

Left and was used hard to the lead in :26 4/5, yielded, was shuffled in tight quarters to 6th behind a tiring horse, was coming back on with late pace

JB’s SHOOTING STAR –

Left from post 8 and tucked 4th at the quarter, pulled first over approaching the three quarters and held well for the show

APLIN HANOVER*** –

Was 9th and far back early, made up a chunk of ground through the middle-half, followed cover past the half and finished gamely for the show

MISSILE J –

Had post 7, couldn’t flush cover and grinded first over from a tough spot, finished well for the show with a :26 3/5 last quarter

Had post 10 in the second tier, broke at the start and lost over 12 lengths, followed cover three wide around the final turn and finished gamely for the show
